Our recently updated Casa Rogers is located on the ground floor of the quiet and central Fabrica Velha residential complex in Carvoeiro. Enjoy the convenience of a closed community while being just a short walk away from the local beach, shops, hiking trails, restaurants, and bars. Whether you want to relax on different beaches, explore the charming towns of Silves or Lagos, hike or bike in the Monchique Mountains, or enjoy activities like kiting, surfing, cave tours, sailing, or water parks, everything is within easy reach. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to many renowned Algarve courses, all within about a 25-minute drive.



The apartment offers 60 square meters of comfortable living space on the bottom floor. It features a spacious kitchen, a single bedroom with air conditioning, and one bathroom with a shower (not en-suite). The living room includes a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults and opens onto a large terrace furnished with dining and lounging areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Guests have access to the communal pool and sunbathing area nestled amongst olive trees. A private parking space is also available within the secure complex.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a fabulous bakery beside the apartment. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Carvoeiro.

The flat is fantastic and is furnished in a super cosy way, so you immediately feel at home. The location in Carvoeiro is perfect: close to the centre, but still extremely quiet! The kitchen is equipped to an absolutely above-average standard... it really has everything! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. 10 minute walk to the town and beach. Really peaceful location. The best part of the accommodation was the lovely private outdoor space. Would definitely return.

We had a completely successful stay and can fully recommend this accommodation. Location is excellent – everything important is quickly accessible and yet it is pleasantly quiet. The place was very clean and well equipped. Everything was really thought of: from dishwasher tabs to toothbrushes to many other little things that made the stay extra enjoyable. We didn't miss anything. In addition, the accommodation offers plenty of space and is very comfortably furnished. You can tell that hosts attach great importance to providing their guests with a perfect stay. We would come back anytime!

We had a really nice stay in Carvoeiro and immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is tastefully and cozily furnished, with a lot of attention to detail, and offers plenty of space. The location is central and yet pleasantly quiet, as the apartment faces away from the street towards the parking lot and pool area. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace with lounge furniture and a large dining table. The amenities are exceptionally good. Especially the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Otherwise, everything else was thought of too: plenty of towels, beach towels, a parasol, dishwasher tabs and many little things. We really didn't miss anything. The pool is large enough for a few laps in the morningto cool off in between. The car is parked safely in the parking lot belonging to the complex. One tip: The bakery in the same building complex is great for fresh rollspastéis de nata. We would come back anytime!

We had a lovely stay at this holiday home. It was perfectly suited for our family with two children, one of whom is an infant. All the essential equipment was available, which made our stay both easy and comfortable. The information about the property, the area, and the house rules was clear and easy to understand even before arrival. Everything was also very clean and fresh, which we really appreciated. In addition, the entire area was very calm and relaxed. The accommodation worked perfectly as a base for excursions – an ideal location for exploring different parts of the Algarve coast. We highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated apartment. The town it’s located in had lots to do and lots of restaurants. The only downside was the shared pool had lots of unnecessary rules including no inflatablesballs which made it a bit boring for kids.

I was in Carvoeiro for the third time with my husband and our 11-year-old daughter and for the first time at this place. We felt like at home. ❤️ It is lovingly and tastefully decorated. The terraces, above and below, the most beautiful of the whole residential complex, with the plants and furniture very comfortable. I 100% recommend this place.

Great location

Location, area was quiet despite being close to a road and car park, pool was clean and complex was kept very well. Apartment was very well equipped. An extra key would be good, and a microwave would be handy but not essential. A beach umbrella would also be a nice touch.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Pictures don’t do it justice in all honesty. Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach . Nice and private, a quiet spot away from any noise. We really enjoyed the use of the shared pool. The bakery round the corner is fantastic for fresh bread in the morning. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A super comfortable stay, we will definitely return. Kids loved having their own mini apartment upstairs.

Great house, great location

The house was fantastic with everything you could need. Very clean and well furnished with lovely outside terraces. The private parking is good but not required as this place is within walking distance of everything Carvoeiro. Pool was great too! Fantastic holiday and a place we would definitely stay again. The access gates to the parking and properties were temperamental and often failed to work which became an annoyance to all. The pool is great but the steps in the pool require some attention as they are verging on being unsafe. As do the sun beds which are also at there life’s end. All more related to the condominium management and not a reflection on the property

Cosy, spacious accommodation with all the comforts. In a nice quiet location but within a short walking distance of the centre. We loved this carefully furnished and very well-equipped home. The accommodation is very nicely furnished. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet but still central and close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is definitely recommended.
