The property was as described and fully met our expectations. The villa was clean,spacious and very comfortable and such a lovely place to spend time relaxing and admiring the views from the lovely garden patio area. The property was really well equipped and a lot of helpful information was provided re local amenities and things to do, including walks, places to visit and recommended restaurants.Access to a lovely non busy swimming pool 2 mins walk away was a real bonus too. Communication with host was good and there was access to help/advice on site if needed. We would happily stay again.

Excellent location, property was very clean, it was like home from home, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Lighthouse restaurant was amazing, good food and very friendly staff. Communication with owners was excellent.

We would highly recommend this VRBO.The hosts were so wonderful and reliable to communicate with. It is a beautiful villa, very well stocked kitchen for us to cook our meals and everything is there you need. We were thankful they had advised us that you do need a car to get around. We absolutely lov ed the two patios , both have spectacular views!The property managers were excellent to deal with and were quick to respond to any questions. Thank you Jude and Paul for three lovely weeks.

Lovely villa in perfect location

The villa was in a quiet area but very close to Lighthouse pool and bar which had a lovely pool and the welcoming staff were great, very family friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shops a lovely area.

Fantastic Algarve property

A really well equipped villa for a family holiday, in a great location close to pool, golf course, restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended!

Outstanding location, with easy access to Carvoeira, as well as other Algarve locations. A totally comfortable accommodation inside & out, with a great sunset view from the upper terrace. June, Graham, & the onsite management team (Barb) provided the best of communication & assistance. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful views

Casa Cuba is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It is in a great location, very close to the pool and with beaches within walking distance or a short drive. There is a shop and several good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Best of all is the amazing view from the garden and rooftop terrace.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cuba. The apartment is in a lovely & quiet neighborhood, so we were able to relax and unwind. It is very well equipped and grocery stores are near by, so perfect if you want to dine in, which we did quite a bit. Nice beaches and pool nearby. We would love to come back!

Great villa in a beautiful location

Great villa, spotless and in a beautiful location. Villa owners were very helpful and in contact with us before the holiday, several times with information and recommendations for where to go and eating out. The villa is a stones throw from a rooftop bar/ restaurant and lots of other places to eat about 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely villa, fully equipped and ideally located.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Casa Cuba. The villa has a patio area and also a roof top terrace and the view is lovely from both. The complex is extremely well looked after with many attractive colourful shrubs. As well as The Lighthouse there are very good localrestaurants within walking distance and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Would love to return one day

A Perfect Week

After a day at Casa Cuba it felt like home! The villa and resort is exceptionally clean and well kept. There is everything you need at the villa and all you need to take is your clothes. It is nicely situated, local supermarkets, beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed it that much we rebooked as soon as we got home.

Relaxing break

Had a great time in this lovely villa, perfect location for relaxing time and discovering the Algarve. Loads of great restaurants in the local area and the beaches are within a short distance. Well equipped villa very clean, great location.

The villa is well maintained, extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners have equipped it with everything you could possibly require, including internet TV. There's a great folder of information on site with suggestions of places to eat and visit as well as instructions on how to use the various appliances. The villa is situated on a very pleasant estate and is only a couple of minutes walk from the lovely pool area and Lighthouse Restaurant where we enjoyed a couple of meals listening to a great live band. The location is ideal, with a small supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance, but we found it easier to take the car. Some good golf courses only 15-20 minutes drive and the coastal walks are very enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others. All in all a great place for a very relaxing stay.

We left the property after the first day. The swimming pool we were promised had closed the day before our arrival and the onsite restaurant/bar was to close in a few days later.However the main reason we had to leave the property was the proximity of the lighthouse and its unbearable strobe like flashing light. This shone directly onto the patio and into the living room and bedroom it was unbearable. The host was not sympathetic to our problem and refused a refund unless he could rent the property out to someone else for the month. We could not in good consciousness allow our refund to be dependent on someone else's misery so we just locked up and walked away. We will not be using or recommending VRBO to anyone else in the future.

The swimming pool remained open until the end of November but the client did not report it closed to our on-site manager. The Lighthouse is shown on the website and the restaurant bears the same name.They do flash to warn shipping and is completely out of our control. We reached out immediately to the client and passed on the VRBO advice to cancel the remainder of their holiday. He refused to do as requested and blocked all further contact with us. In 20 years of renting our property we have never had such a ridiculous situation.

Très belle villa, propre, confortable, comme à la maison, idéal pour 2 couples avec chacun son intimité. Vue mer très agréable à la fois sur la terrasse du bas et sur le roof top. L environnement est très joli, extérieurs très bien entretenus. La piscine est un plus ainsi que le bar restaurant de la résidence. La plage est à 1 km. Nous ne connaissions pas Carvoiero mais avons été séduit par la ville et les installations touristiques. À recommander sans hésiter
