We had a pleasant stay at Casa Falicidad. Clean house, with excellent facilities- kitchen, grill , pool all were in excellent condition. The stay was made pleasant by how helpful our host t was throughout our stay. Great location to explore Alhambra, Nerja etc. We were a party of 10 and plenty of space for everyone.

Great villa and really suited our group of 10 perfectly. The large pool was the biggest attraction for the kids, closely followed by the MUGA! Some parts of the villa and equipment are showing signs of wear, but never spoiled our enjoyment.The nearby beach is a little pebbly, but scored highly due to the lack of people.It’s a bit of a climb back to the villa, but we were glad to get the steps in.The outdoor kitchen is great, so we e hardly used the indoor one.We would certainly love to com back again in the future.Thanks to Nick for his help during our stay.

The villa was exactly as described. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The main kitchen isn’t large but the brand new poolside kitchen takes the pressure off it.14 of us shared the villa but nothing could be heard from the other rooms at night or from the surrounding area. The dry play area was well used and the pool was fantastic. There is only one parking space but plenty of room to park on the street next to the villa. The superb view comes at the price of a very steep climb up from the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Nick's villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the beach is just a short and easy walk away. The villa is also conveniently located near Almuñécar, making it easy to shop for groceries or enjoy the many excellent local restaurants.Our favorite feature was the outdoor summer kitchen, which allowed us to spend entire days enjoying the pool while preparing meals and spending time together. The property is spacious enough that everyone can find their own quiet place to relax while still sharing unforgettable moments as a group.Communication with Nick was excellent throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond to our questions and very attentive to our needs. When the air conditioning needed attention, he immediately arranged for someone to fix it. He also kept us informed in advance whenever maintenance workers were coming to the property, which we really appreciated.This villa gave us a dream vacation with our family and friends, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Nick, for being such a wonderful host!

Amazing house - I highly recommend. There were 6 adults and 7 kids aged from 7 to 14. The house was perfect - an outdoor kitchen and dining area next to the pool, with BBQ. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all families. Perfect utensils and equipment in both the house and the outdoor kitchen for self catering. Plenty of fridges too. The outdoor space is large considering it's in a residential area. The kids play area for football, basket ball, tennis, paddle, volley ball etc was brilliant (down some steps, under the patio seating area). The pool is a good size, big enough for all the kids to get in together and play. Aircon in the rooms was really effective and kept us cool in 40degree heat! The washing machine was super helpful too. The views from the apartment are amazing, across the bay. The house is walking distance into Almunecar - takes about 15 to 20 mins to hit the restaurants and a further 15 to the old town. The walk is lovely though, along the coast. We didn't have a bad meal or a bad experience in Almunecar, everyone was so friendly. Snorkeling from Cotobro bay where the house is was really great for all of us, the sea was mostly calm. We saw dolphins from the balcony too so always keep an eye out early morning. I can't recommend this venue enough, it was absolutely perfect for our friend group. A big thanks to the owners who were really friendly and helpful - they've nailed the villa experience.

Such a great home for a family break

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Spain. The property was perfect for our family and friends to relax and enjoy quality time together. Our kids especially loved the soccer pitch and the pool—they spent hours playing and swimming every day. The house had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Nick was an exceptional host—always available for questions and full of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. His responsiveness and hospitality made our trip even better. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Area.

THE BEST!!!

We stayed here with two other families and had the best time! The view is stunning and the location is ideal! The boys were over the moon playing in the sports court and swimming in the pool! The adults loved sipping wine and eating tapas on the balcony! It was perfect! Thank you so much!

Beautiful villa

The villa was stunning, the view, the pool, everything we needed. Everything you needed for a family get together with little ones. They loved the pool. Definitely not for those less able as there are a lot of steps and getting down to the beach and back a bit of a mission without a car. All doable and once we mastered the taxis and the buses getting in and out of the local town was way

Wonderful week

We were 13 all together, eight adults and five children aged between three and nine, and the house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, lovely balconies, superb pool area, enough fridge space, and the view was spectacular. We walked to the beach almost every day, the supermarked was at short driving distance, baker and ice cream within walking distance. Communication with Nick was very easy, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The best family holiday

This villa is fabulous perfect for our family of 12 holiday 7 adults and 5 children from 4 to 14 The place was spotless and everything we needed was there Views are stunning day and night. Communication with Nick who owns villa was great giving us taxi numbers and telling us about the online supermarket shop which we ordered in England and got delivered a hour after we arrived perfect🍻🍷 Just one complaint a week wasn't enough we didnt want to leave. Thank you Nick and Nicola for letting us use your amazing house we loved it. 😎😍

Family tour 2024

Fantasic house for ten pepople, but the house and some of the furtiner were a bit «well used». The surroundings and the view from the property was amazing. The teenagers who were training every day loved it. All together we are very satisfied and will recommen it to friends. PS The TV system did not work at all and we realy missed the opportuinty to follow tour de France

Fantastic week

From the start communication with Nick - our host - was great and he helped us get settled. The villa itself is in an amazing location with the best views. Lots of space inside and very comfortable. Even with lots of small kids the multiple levels was not an issue. The football pitch was as a bonus and every day we had post dinner pre bed football with the kids! Just down the hill is the local beach with a restaurant. And just round the headland along the promenade are many more places to eat. Nerja beach (20 mins drive) was also a highlight - great beach and far for kids. Overall a great week in a great villa and we are sad to be home!

Absolutely stunning villa in a stunning location overlooking the bay and Cotobro beach. Plenty of room for the ten of us (myself and my wife, 3 over 75s, 3 early 20s, and 2 children, 10 and 14). The swimming pool and sports court were perfect for entertaining the kids (and me tbh). The kitchen was superbly equipped for dining at the villa (whilst overlooking the stunning views). The Balcon restaurant at the bottom of the hill on the beach was fantastic and would recommend.The villa and the views are even better than the photographs - absolutely stunning.Worth noting that the villa is on a hill with lots of steps, but no problem for the older members of our group.We arranged online grocery delivery (Mercadona) for the bulk of what we needed for our stay, and walked to the small supermarket about 800m away towards Amuñecar to pick up fresh bread and other bits and pieces.Local taxi service was good too - details are in the welcome file, which contained lots of useful information.Nick was super helpful (thanks Nick!). We all had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and I would love to go back soon!

Great Villa for Groups

We were a group of 12 Friends that wanted to spend some nice time under the Sun of southern Spain. We looked for a great place near Malaga that had it all. Beach, Mountains, Cities and I must say Almunecar has it all! We came across Nick's Casa Felizidad and after communicating with Nick, who is super responsive and friendly, we knew that this is the place we have to go to. The check in was easy, everything was nice and clean and we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The poolboy came regularly to look after the heated pool and the Astro Turf court kept us moving. Overall a great place to book and I can just recommend it to everyone, looking to go on holiday with a larger group/family. The only note I have to make is, that if you go with all adults, the villa comfortably takes 12. All other beds are either sofa beds or a folding bed in the poolhouse. That being said we have had a killer time at Casa Felizidad. Thanks for everything.

Perfect Family Getaway with Something for Everyone

Our recent stay at this villa exceeded expectations for our group of 12, including both children and adults. The views were stunning and the villa itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The living areas were perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms were well looked after. The outdoor amenities were a highlight. The large swimming pool kept the kids entertained for hours, while the adults enjoyed lounging by the poolside. The kids also loved the play area for tennis, football, basketball and table tennis. The outdoor dining area was perfect for family meals, and we made good use of the BBQ. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, replying to queries immediately. The information pack was very thorough. There were a couple of small issues, such as the pool took a few days to get to a good temperature, even though we paid to have it heated and one of the AC units had a strange smell. Also, the pool isn’t immediately accessible from the house and involves a lot of stairs so you need to fit to stay here. You also need a car to get around. Overall, this villa was the perfect setting for our family getaway and we would highly recommend it to a large group of families.

Great for a family holiday with Pool

It does look like the pictures exactly! This is a spacious well set out family villa which is excellent for large groups - we were 10. Pool area is great and provides an excellent sea view. There is a great dining area around the pool where we ate every day which is shaded and pool kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet. There are a lot of steps about 42 down to the pool and the villa is over 3 floors essentially so not good for people with any disabilities or difficulty in walking - we didn't have any issues. We managed to get two online grocery deliveries from mercando - top tip, the website is in Spanish but the app is also in English. It's peaceful and we all relaxed. Communication with the owner was very helpful and quick - wifif worked very well. Would highly recommend. It's a much less commercialised area than Costa Del Sol and many people in shops speak limited English so a much more relaxed atmosphere. We didn't eat out but wandered a couple of times into the nearest town which was Almunecar - the villa is just outside - and once you are down the hill it's a lovely walk along the well maintained promenade into town which is about 2 miles, including the hill.Pool was a great size and we all enjoyed it especially the children who were in there most of the day! Plenty of room for people to sit and big tables with enough chairs, kitchen had all the electrical goods you would need including air fryer. would stay again for sure!

Samlet set var det virkelig et fantastisk sted.Virkelig En udsigt du kun kan drømme omVi har haft enkelte punkter som også er videreformidlet til ejer, -kun ment som en hjælp til at gøre dette fantastiske sted, endnu mere fantastiskLidt kærlighed til køkkenet og dens inventar, en opvaskemaskine i køkkenet ved poolen, da det er et dejlig stort hus med plads til mange mennesker, stærkere wifi ved poolen, samt enkelte senge kunne også trænge til en justering Men intet af ovenstående havde indflydelse på at vores ophold var fantastiskEn positiv overraskelse var at der blev skiftet sengetøj efter 1 uge.. -så fantastisk Boldburet også et kæmpe hit for børnene! Så fantastisk at det var muligt her.. Alt i alt, kun mindre forbedringer der skulle til for at dette fantastiske hus, ville blive endnu mere fantastisk Vi havde de bedste uger der, og vender meget gerne tilbage til stedet.

Vi var 14 familiemedlemmer afsted i uge 42. Vejret var også til indendørs aktiviteter og det var der heldigvis også sørget for. Alt fungerede som det skulle. Elektriciteten gik, men der var hurtigt folk som kom og ordnede det.

Den mest fantastiske udsigt

Familieferie på 14 personer, som havde den dejligste ferie. Et super hus med den mest fantastiske udsigt. Kommer forhåbentlig tilbage en anden gang.
