Furthermore, its only a short walk from the famous Passeig de Gràcia street, and the apartment is situated close to a metro station, allowing you easy access to the rest of Barcelona´s best attractions. Situated in a brilliant location and with plenty of space, this is a great base from which to explore Barcelona.THE SPACE:This FAMILY FRIENDLY apartment is ideal for you to enjoy living like a local in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Barcelona: Gràcia.

The flat is big and has lot of space for kids to play. If you come for work, you will find a desk with chair to set your own little office. Natural light comes from the small balcony making the work area comfortable.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed with AC unit

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed convertible into 2 single beds

This is the reason why nowadays you can still feel the vibe of a small town. You need to visit Carrer Verdi the trendiest street in Gracia and you will be caught by its amazing atmosphere, artistic lifestyle and restaurants with different cuisine options. Don't miss it!

The location was great and the air-conditioning worked, sort of. There were some loose tiles in the hallway, which should be repaired and a little bit of an ant situation in the kitchen, but it wasn’t excessive. The most annoying part was the fact that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and we had to use the signal from other apartments. Also, we stayed during a heat wave and the AC was lacking in the other bedrooms. overall, I recommend booking this place because the location is perfect.

The good; large and comfortable space in great neighborhood. Plenty of room and quiet. The not so good, we found ants on numerous occasions in the kitchen and the bathroom which is odd for being on the fourth floor. No elevator so 76 steps up and down. Recommend host invests in some wash clothes as well.

Great location for seeing Barcelona

Five of us stayed at the apartment. Its well situated with several restaurants, bakeries and shops within a couple blocks. We were able to either walk or use a nearby subway stop to see all of Barcelona. Having three bedrooms was perfect as two of them have double beds and we were able to easily accommodate the five of us. Full kitchen was helpful as was the porch area which has an office set-up, if needed. We had very good communication with our hosts who allowed us to drop our bags before formally checking-in, which was a huge help. I highly recommend this property!

The location of this unit was amazing, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. However the listing did not mention it was up several flights of stairs, so it was very unexpected and difficult to carry luggage up and would be a terrible surprise if you had a mobility concern. It's very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed that there were plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We were there during the heat wave and not having AC in 2 of the bedrooms was definitely a downside. The bathroom window was broken so we couldn't seal the hot air from coming into the apartment. There were loose tiles that were a trip hazard and we didn't feel it was clean enough to walk without slippers in the apartment. The location and space were excellent, but the apartment could use more attention to maintenance. If you're willing to accept those tradeoffs for the amazing location, this is the place for you.
