We had a wonderful stay at casa memoras, as a family with a young child the play area was a hit, as was the heated private pool!! We had a few issues with the hot tub but Toni was very quick and helpful with this.The villa was very clean and well equipped and we looked forward to coming "home" after being out and about! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Fabulous holiday and fabulous villa

We had a great holiday and the villa was just as described. Pool and hot tub were lovely and the play area an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again soon.

Loved the location, villa size, pool excellent size and warm and what the villa has to offer and a great host. It needs a little TLC (new TV, solar light at front, dart board not as advertised (plastic kids dart board), new pool balls as not a complete set of same size, mattress in master bedroom not comfortable). Host excellent, very good at responding to any questions we had. We would like to go back, but feel needs to improve in the above areas given the price and what else is available. We did have a lovely break.

My husband has flown out the evening of your review to put all of those right! We have replaced the TV, mattresses, darts board, solar lights, pool balls along and some other items that needed replacing. We can only apologise that the villa was not at its usual high standard. We have since changed villa mangers to ensure our usual high standards are maintained. It is so important to us that you love/enjoy the villa as much as we do and are really disappointed that on this occasion the standards were not met. We would love for you to return now that these have been rectified and would be happy to offer a discounted rate. Thank you for being such lovely guests and highlighting this to us!

Lovely villa

We stayed at this villa recently & it was fantastic! Toni was a superb host & communication was easy & Swift. The villa has all you could ask for &more. I will definitely be recommending this villa to family & friends. We’ve stayed in many villas before but this one ticked all the boxes that’s why I’d give it a 5 star rating.

Highly Recommended!

Lovely villa, loads of room and very clean. The area is really quiet and chilled but it's no more than a 10 minute drive into town for bars, restaurants and beaches. Owners were brilliant and were quick to answer any questions we had about the booking or villa. We'd fully recommend this place, you'd not be disappointed.

Fabulous

We stayed with family including our 2 year old granddaughter. Villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent play area for the little one. Loved the privacy the villa offered. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in. Great communication with host Toni. We would definitely stay again ☀️

Everything was great

Was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was as stated, all worked as appropriate. Beautiful Villa in lovely surroundings, very quiet but very close to Playa Blanca centre. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank You.

Wonderful

Staying at Casa Memoros meant that we looked forward to coming ‘home’ every day on holiday. Our children (11,9 and 5) were able to safely play too. Toni and family have thought of everything to ensure you have a brilliant experience. Their home is spotless and extremely spacious. It really is a little gem and we cherish our time there. Thank you very much.

Simply Beautiful Villa

We are just back from the most fantastic fortnight at this beautiful villa. I honestly can’t fault a thing. The villa is so spacious, and very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Toni was the perfect host with wonderful communication, would definitely book with them again as this house is just perfect for a family holiday, nice quiet location but a short walk to the happy hour at the jardins de sol

We enjoyed a recent 9 night stay at casa memoros. Toni is a fantastic host that goes above & beyond for her hosts. We had a few issues on arrival which she ensured was rectified promptly & did us a huge favour on an early check in which we were extremely grateful for. We travelled with a 11, 7 and 4 year old & the property had something to keep us all entertained. The biggest positive factor for me is how safe and secure it is.The villa does need alot of TLC, we felt slightly dissapointed on arrival as the pictures advertised do not correspond with the current standard of the villa. Sunbeds are very worn, hot tub lid broken, kids toys rusty, pool table worn & was broken on arrival (my husband fixed), cushions missing on outdoor furniture, new mattress needed upstairs very uncomfortable, bed sheets had holes in, table next to pool table broken etc. I feel alot needs upgrading to reflect on the price paid & pictures advertised on booking. That said, we did enjoy our holiday. Many thanks,Jess

Perfect holiday home for all groups

This is really a perfect place and has everything you need (and even more) for a relaxing holiday. The villa is fully equipped with games, music, dvd’s, kids toys and playground, pool table, darts, basketbal and off course the whirlpool and swimming pool. We haven’t found the time to do it all 😉 Besides there are three shared swimming pools at the ‘residential’. Both of us and our kids loved the place. Besides, Toni is a very friendly host and available for all your questions!

10/10 Incredible Villa!

We stayed at this villa from 12th Aug 24 for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The villa is spacious and can easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 children (2 & 5 in age). The layout worked really well, as the children had a separate area to play. The swimming pool and hot tub was very clean and was attended to twice a week! The nearest beach was Playa Flamingo which was pleasant to walk to. Excellent communication with Toni (the host) and was very accommodating as we required 2 safety rails. Amazing trip and will be back in the future for sure. I would highly recommend to family and friends. ⭐️

Amazing Villa

We are just back from the best 2 week family holiday where this amazing Villa ensured we had the best time. It was very spacious, clean and was exactly like advertised however it's even better when seen in person. The pool was great, cleaned very regularly and the hot tub was put to good use and a lovely way to end the evening. The linen change after week one was great too, all very good. My son enjoyed the Playstation but the pool was the big attraction. As a family we really enjoyed the outdoor space and being able to rotate around the Villa meant we could catch the sun from morning till night whilst playing pool and basketball. The location is very central, plenty of taxis and buses for access to Playa Blanca. We enjoyed the food and drinks at Bailey's Bar and took advantage of the happy hour :) Toni was amazing throughout, very helpful and great communication. We can't recommend this Villa enough, it really is superb and we will definitely be back, thanks for having us.

Amazing property and superb communication with owner

The villa was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The accommodation was immaculate and the facilities excellent. We enjoyed some days lazing by the pool and then made the most of the pool table and hot tub in the evenings. Toni was fantastic in terms of communication before our stay and she even emailed to check everything was OK on our arrival, which was a nice touch. The guide book left for visitors was really informative about the property as well as things to see, do and places to eat. Personal recommendations are always nicer than Google!! Ideal property for 6 / 8 people (although there were only 3 of us) and is very family friendly. We did hire a car for the duration which we found useful as it made getting around the whole island and doing a food shop easier. However, we saw plenty of people using the buses or taxis. And the electric scooters are a fun way to get in to town / the beach if you don't fancy the walk. Would totally recommend this villa to anyone.

Casa Memoros July 2024

We have just returned from a fantastic two week stay in Playa Blanca made especially relaxing as we stayed in villa Casa Memoros. The villa was really lovely and spacious, comfortable and modern, with the luxury of a newly fitted kitchen. we had many days lounging around the pool area in the day, and some evenings enjoying a glass or two in the hot tub. We also had many 'competitive' afternoons playing pool or darts in the front garden games area as the sun went down. Although we hired a car for two weeks we would quite often walk the 25-30 minutes into Playa Blaca and get a Taxi back which were plentiful and only costing between 4-5 Euros. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate booking Casa Memoros in future. P.s. Can i also mention Autoreisen car hire from the Airport as they were very fairly priced and offered a no hassle service with no hidden extras.

Host very good and helpful, villa was in a good and secure location, some of the kids garden toys could do with updating, the pool table was broken during our stay but the host done their best to try and get someone in to fix it.

The host when texted was friendly and got a wee problem with pool temp sorted within a day or 2. But we were there for 10 days the pool and hot tub was never cleaned or a cleaner for new bedding never came. When I asked about this I was asked do u want it cleaned? I could see if that could be arranged. On the villa description it does say the pool would be cleaned twice a week and also in the welcome pack . Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed the villa even though didn’t mange a full night sleep the mattress was so uncomfortable, the pool table had no balls? And table tennis wasnt there. You may want to relook and the chemicals in the pool and hot tub as they are very strong my hair and skin was extremely dry and they turned my silver jewellery black my which once got home was able to clean of fine but I’ve never had that happen before while swimming I do wish I had my ph testing strips with me cause I would have loved to had checked it my self. The sun beds could use a power hose and couldn’t find a single English Channel which to be honest didn’t bother us to much. I did find 12/14 keys for a single property is a bit crazy my brothers villa had one key that did all the doors which I find a lot better.

Thank you for your review. As you hadn’t paid for an additional clean it wasn’t scheduled into your stay. When you asked about it I said I was happy to send someone to do it for you but as you replied “that’s grand just wanted to check” I assumed you were happy with that, my apologies if you were unhappy with my response. Sorry you were unable to navigate the TV- there are detailed instructions for this in the welcome pack, I would have been more than happy to talk you through it if you had contacted me. With regards to the pool; the levels are checked weekly and photographs of the strips are sent to me. I’m not sure why it turned your jewellery black we have never had that feedback before but I’m glad you managed to get them clean once you returned home. I will get the pool cleaner to look into it. Thank you for your feedback regarding the keys you are right 12 is a lot. We will look into trying to reduce the number of keys but as there are two sets of doors for all three balconies and three separate garden areas this may be difficult- we will certainly try. I’m sorry you felt the villa was only a 6/10. Thank you for attaching photos as this will allow us to get those sorted promptly. Thank you for booking with us
