Situated on the second floor of the popular Waterstone House complex, this beautifully finished luxury apartment comes with views across South beach, Tenby. This incredible view spreads across to Tenby links golf course which runs parallel to the sea.

This Waterstone House apartment provides a modern living space with open plan kitchen and living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and luxurious marble work tops, providing everything you need for your stay. 11 Waterstone House is fitted with bi-fold doors in the living room that open up to take in the stunning views. This modern apartment can sleep up to 4 people in 2 rooms - a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each room is filled with wonderful natural light thanks to the large windows and balcony doors throughout.

Local Area

The beautiful South Beach is a mile and a half of gorgeous unspoiled golden sand and it is great for morning strolls and days out with the family. The apartments are off-set from South beach so, if you forget anything they are just a stone throw away. You may also wish to visit the other blue flag beaches Tenby has to offer - Castle Beach and North Beach.

A short walk from Waterstone House will bring you into Tenby town centre through the famous town walls. The town centre is a hive of activity with various shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy within a short walking distance. Tenby is a town steeped in history and so a visit to the Tudor Merchants house on Quay Hill is a must!

There is plenty more to do outside of Tenby too. If you like walking Pembrokeshire boasts 186 miles of coast path (although maybe not all at once!) with Barafundle Bay being recently voted one of the best in the world! Pembrokeshire offers lots of activities to try your hand at to from coasteering to quad biking, paddle-boarding to pottery!

Fabulous location and the views are fantastic.

I have stayed in Tenby on many occasions this is the best property I have rented.

Stunning views, great space

The view of South Beach, Caldey Island and the sun sets were wonderful. Lots of space and well equipped. Not as clean as I’d expected (found a used dental floss pick down the side of one of the beds- but clearly visible to anyone making a bed; and a fair amount of dust on surfaces). The ‘welcome pack’ (promising milk/coffee/tea) was disappointing…….sachets of dust less impressive than a Premier Inn! That said, the bottle of Red helped. The front door lock didn’t work meaning that the electronic fob was pointless and the main entrance to the block was permanently accessible to anyone. All this aside, the apartment is lovely and the location a winner.

Beautiful location, stunning views.

The property was exactly as advertised, it was well equiped and in a beautiful location. The only issue we had was the shower was blocked in the en-suite and we reported it straight away on the Monday morning by email. We did get a response back saying that they would let maintenance know. But nobody came out to fix the issue. It was a good job that both my husband and I were able to get in and out of the bath to use the shower. If it had been an ederly couple they would of not been able to. Apart from this small issue I would highly recommend this Apartment.
