The Space:

Paris Indulgence is an enormous and hyper-elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with separate dining room, double living room, private study which converts to third bedroom, to sleep 4 in comfort, all with terraces to extend their space, light, and views,  Graced with art, elegantly furnished, and situated  in 16th arrondissement. Both Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph views are the jewels in the crown.

Take the elevator to your magnificent ninth floor Paris Penthouse home, and step into an indulgent world in the sky, looking straight out through a large, wide terrace to a bird's eye view of Paris. This property can accommodate up to 4 guests: either two couples, or a couple and two singles, whether children or adults, in case of the latter a Sofa bed room will be made available.



A large Master bedroom, with a glassed in and heated terrace where you can recline on your chaise longue to enjoy a morning coffee, and read your messages to start your day in the soft glow of the City of Light. Your large bathroom has both a large walk in shower and a bathtub for soaking, plus plenty of space, mirrors, and light. The second bedroom has a double bed, a desk, it's own terrace, and  another large bathroom. A study with a comfortable Sofa bed can convert to third bedroom, which would share the bathroom with the second. This would be suitable for one member of the same family, a child or a teen. There is also a powder room with toilet and sink.



The living area offers elegant reception rooms for entertaining decorated with elegant furnishing, art, and books, in its double size living room, and separate dining area with table and chairs for 10.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all appliances, large and small, including dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine.



But of course, it's about the terraces, the beautiful location, walking distance to luxury shops, restaurants, museums, and all Paris has to offer, a short bus or metro ride away. It's air-conditioned, too.

This is very much a neighborhood and an upper class one, filled with high end restaurants and boutiques, but also plenty of comfy everyday bars and bistros. Many museums at your doorstep, and we will furnish the Guidebook.
