Terrific apartment in a fabulous location. Vila de Gracia is a great neighborhood with easy access to local transportation. I’m going back next year!

The apartment is in the perfect location - a charming and quiet street right by tons of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes, but a short walk to the metro and sites. Great outdoor spaces and views of La Sagrada Família, very good wifi (except in the back bedroom), and a full well-stocked kitchen. Victor was responsive and easy to deal with. One thing to note is that the two downstairs bedrooms don’t have A/C but it was cool enough to sleep without it.

The location was excellent. We loved staying in this area of Barcelona far better than other more touristy spots. Great for taking the train to the beach in Sitges which we did two days for swimming and getting out of heat of the summer in the city. The one negative was the bathroom. It was hard for our family of four during a very hot time of year to keep the bathroom in a shareable condition. The showerhead was hard to work and sprayed all over the place. The bathroom floor was also hard to keep dry and clean. The rest of the apartment was very good, comfortable, and as advertised. The building hallways were less well-maintained but we just walked by on our way in and out.

Amazing Apartment

This apartment was amazing. It is located in the wonderful neighborhood of Gracia. Vibrant yet not overly touristy. Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity, and a short walk from the metro. The Apartment itself has 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The main patio was a great place to sit and eat or have a drink. The small patio at the top had a wonderful view of Sagrada Familia. Victor was very responsive to any inquiries. I highly recommend the apartment for a group of 3-7 people.

Great Location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect for our needs, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the stunning daily view of the Basílica de la Sagrada Família—a truly unforgettable sight.The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, which made cooking there a breeze. The bedrooms had ample closet space, allowing us to stay organized during our stay. We also loved the terraces, which were a great place to relax, especially with nice weather.Another big plus was the proximity to fantastic restaurants and bars, where everyone was incredibly friendly. Additionally, local shops like bakeries, wine stores, and small grocery stores were conveniently nearby, making it easy to grab essentials.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent apartment! modern,clean,comfortable,safe and most importantly perfect location...Romantic terrace and bright rooms...it is with much love! We did not miss anything! washing machine and very well equipped kitchen. Contact person was particularly helpful and gave us some very good recommendations for bars,restaurants and places to see... We will definitley stay here again :) We had a great time in Barcelona and were very happy with the apartment! and you Victor...thank you ...

Great apartment in Gracia!

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks at this apartment - two adults and three kids (ages 11,11,9). The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the adorable Gracia neighborhood and right near the metro for getting to other Barcelona neighborhoods as well. The apartment itself has everything you could need, lots of space (including 2 awesome patios) and strong enough Wi-Fi for us all to use devices at once (including video work calls). Highly recommend😍

The perfect spot

For us, this apartment is perfectly situated - close to friends' homes, easy to catch a taxi, perfect for walking to the squares, a fabulous French-style bakery, the corner Casino grocery store. We loved the very private, large deck off the living/dining area, which was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Watching the zebra finches flit amongst the plants was fun. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the apartment perfect. I did wish the stairs to the 3rd bedroom and deck had a hand railing, as the view from the upper deck was amazing. Flor and Victor are superb hosts!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au sein cet appartement bien équipé et très fonctionnel Terrasse joliment arborée avec beaucoup de charme, très appréciable Quartier idéal proche des commerces restaurants jolie place et boutiques Je recommande vivement !

A very nice apt.

We enjoyed our stay but don't book the week of the 5 day Garcia festival - very noisy until wee hours in the mornting. Unfortunately the terrorist attack dampened the holiday. Flor who is the manager is great. Very helpful

Perfect apartment in the most fabulous neighborhood in the most amazing location in gorgeous Barcelo

Very cute, comfortable penthouse apartment with a wonderful breeze. We kept the windows and doors to the patio open throughout our stay, and even in the hottest days, the apartment stayed cool and comfortable. We loved the apartment, and the Garcia neighborhood, which was so vibrant and alive. We would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it!!

Great location in Gracia

Very enjoyable apartment. Great location in an area that's more laid back that most other barios in Barcelona. The terraces are great! It should only be noted that the air conditioning is in the upstairs bedroom and cannot cool down the whole apartment. We managed well by using natural ventilation despite it being very hot in Barcelona during our stay.

Great, great location. Really nice apartment.

We greatly enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Barcelona. Flore received us super well. I traveled with my 70-year old father, my siblings and my 7-year old daughter. Everyone loved the apartment. The location was perfect, we could walk to almost everywhere and also enjoyed Gracia. I was amazed by the views of the sun rising over the Sagrada Familia, which I could see from the bed in the second floor bedroom. I would certainly stay at this apartment again!

Perfect stay for the fiesta gracia

I would like to say that the appartement is absolutely perfect for a stay in Barcelona. The double terrace give you the fresh air that you need with the nature on one side and the sagrada familia on the other one. The owner is really nice and is always here when you need with an other person really nice who manage the appartement. Cava chocolate and coffe when you arrive. Thank you for the stay.

très bel appartement

Quel bel appartement !! Nous avons adoré sa terrasse et sa décoration. Quand on y entre, on sent une âme d'artiste.... Il est très bien équipé, très propre, très fonctionnel ! Nous avons mangé tous les jours dehors. On avons été surpris par le calme du quartier. Au coin de la rue, vous y trouverez des mini markets, idéal pour faire des petites courses ! Son emplacement est vraiment très pratique pour visiter Barcelone. L'accueil de Flor a été superbe.....une femme d'une grande générosité ! Le petit bémol : éviter de venir en voiture ! On trouve des parkings privés et payants quasiment partout....mais hors de prix ! Belle location que nous reconmmandons☀☀

The apartment was great in terrific location!

Terrific host helped us feel at home immediately. His suggestions on restaurants were always perfect. Don't miss eating at Pepitas or drinks at old fashioned! Perfect location walkable to nearly everything. What a perfect place to explore Barcelona from! A wonderful time.

Beautiful, bright, spacious and peaceful

We are very lucky to have found such an excellent apartment. We felt at home form the first moment we walked in. Great location, beautiful, bright, spacious, and peaceful apartment in a lively yet quiet neighbourhood. We loved Barcelona, and this apartment made our stay exceptional. Victor's recommendations are perfect. Are there any negatives? No, well, perhaps there is - it is such a pleasant and comfortable apartment that one wants to spend a lot of time in it and spend less time sightseeing!....
