Apartment 25 is located in the heart of Naples’ historic center (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), just a short walk from the main cultural and folkloric attractions and public transportation. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can sample traditional cuisine or fast food, including international options. Supermarkets and local shops are just a short walk away. Apartment25 is a very spacious and bright apartment (120 square meters) overlooking one of the main squares in the historic center, right across from the famous Palazzo Giusso of the Università Orientale, next to the Cappella Pappacoda, which the apartment faces.

Furnished to be comfortable and inviting, it features the exposed beams characteristic of old Neapolitan homes, very high ceilings, and, in the kitchen, the famous Neapolitan “riggiole”—majolica tiles typical of 18th-century Naples. The building itself is a piece of history, as one wing—which houses part of the apartment—was once an ancient convent and survived the bombings of World War II
. In fact, it is said that a bomb struck the building but failed to explode, remaining lodged for a long time in the living room of one of the spacious apartments. It’s perfect for those who love history and a vacation filled with culture and fun. The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by elevator and a few steps. The bedrooms are on a loft; there are also two sofa beds in the living rooms and a futon in the lounge area above the living room/entryway. The apartment is filled with light and features very high ceilings with the typical exposed wooden beams found in historic Neapolitan buildings.
