Getting Around:
The easiest way to get into Henley-on-Thames is by driving or by getting a taxi, this sleepy village is only a short 5 minute drive away, however if you did want to walk into town, we would recommend checking out the all trials app to plan your route.
If you need to hop on a train to London the Henley train station is located on Station road which is also around a 5 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
One medium well behaved dog is very welcome.
Please note, there is an additional fee of £45.00 per dog, per week or short break, and longer stays by negotiation, if you do need to bring more than one dog, please talk to us, we will always try and be flexible. You need to let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog with you.

The property is located on a quiet road

• The stairways might be slightly more narrow than you are used to if you have not stayed in a cottage before
• All beds on top floor are on the floor to make use of space
• The single beds are bespoke sizes
• Single bed nearest the door is 180cms x 90cms
• Single bed left hand corner is 200cms x 90cms
• There is only parking for 2 medium sized vehicles
• Please note the fireplace is not in use.

Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £500 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.

Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.

Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
