2 Townstal is a lovely townhouse located in an elevated position in Dartmouth, South Devon overlooking the town. This property is a fantastic home perfect for families and friends, the living spaces are large and comfortable with a large corner sofa and a log burner ( Guests will need to bring their own wood),  cosy up in the evening and watch a funny film on the TV with a glass of wine. There is also a utility room to the side of the dining room and the kitchen which leads to the rear garden. The rear garden is beautiful and catches the sun all day, outside furniture is provided along with a charcoal barbeque ( Guests will need to bring their own charcoal),  and multiple levels for children to enjoy. Inside the property on the first floor is a cloakroom, family bathroom with bath and wall mounted thermostatic shower and hand basin and second w.c.. To the side and front of the house on the first floor is the twin room, looking out to the garden steps and then the master bedroom overlooking the road and other townhouses. 
2 Townstal is roughly a 10 minute walk down the hill into the main town and it will take about 20 minutes to walk back up the hill to the house. he property is on a main bus route too if you didn't want to walk. Dartmouth is a beautiful picturesque location perfect for a family or friends getaway. It is full of atmosphere with many restaurants, cafes and historic buildings to visit. There is an abundance of activities available in the town, get involved in the local kayaking club, hire a boat for the day and day trip it to Dittisham enjoy a pub lunch and sail back, catch the Riverboat and Steam Train to Totnes, Paignton or Torquay and much more! Shop to your heart's content in the large array of clothes and gifts shops, select some artwork to take home with you to remind you of Dartmouth.
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

Outside:  Enclosed Garden, this is a multi level garden. Please do not leave children unattended in the front or rear garden. 
Parking:  On street parking only. This property does not provide parking. There are several housing areas where you can park during your holiday, these are roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from the property.

Pets:  2 Pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
