Porto De Mós overlooks the 1.5 km white sand beach of Porto De Mós which is amongst one of the most sought after areas in the Algarve. This development boasts exceptional specification set on the hillside above & only minutes walk from the beach.

The bustling center of nearby Lagos is only 3 km drive and offers countless attractive restaurants, high quality shopping and a vibrant night life with clubs and bars to suit all tastes.

Porto De Mos is ideally situated to take advantage of the western Algarve's exceptional golf courses and facilities as well as other outdoor activities including surfing and fishing with sea fishing trips leaving from Lagos marina several times a day.

The beach offers first class facilities and is popular with the local and visiting Portuguese and it is home to two quality restaurants & a further Michelin guide restaurant; all within a few minutes walk of the development.

The apartment is air conditioned and fitted to a very high standard with solid oak finishes, en-suite bathroom, shower room, high spec Danish fully equipped kitchen, ample storage and 2 private balconies. Situated within this small low rise gated community with large swimming pool & child's pool, landscaped walled gardens & private gated parking. Both pool & gardens are fully lit in the evenings allowing for romantic dinners on the balconies in the warm evenings

We had a wonderful time at John’s apartment. It is walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Balcony is overlooking a pool and was a lovely spot to sit at. Pool is rarely occupied and wonderful way to cool down on a hot day. Kohn responded very quickly to any question we had and also provides all instructions needed to check in and check out. I would definitely stay there again.

Great condo with lots of room and best location. This was the nicest property we stayed at during our vacation in Portugal. Comfortable furniture and easy walk to the beach. We did not have a car but took Uber everywhere. Uber was only 5 euros into town for great restaurants and experiences.
Ponte de Piedade is only 10 minutes away by Uber. Miles of hiking on boardwalks along the coast.
Nice pool. Beautiful weather.
We went hiking first day and then kayaking 2nd day.

Fantastic stay

It’s the second time we’ve stayed at the beach apartments and it didn’t dissapoint. Perfect distance from the beach and lovely views. John is a great host.

What’s not to love? Very gorgeous place, pool, great beds. Definitely need a car or car service, but in exchange it’s very quiet. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the town of Lagos and loved the hiking trails/boardwalk close by. Condo very clean and enjoyable.

Great stay in Lagos

Really enjoyed this property. Very short drive to everywhere. The kitchen is very well supplied and we enjoyed eating on the balcony.

Great Lagos Stay!

We enjoyed our time in Lagos! The apartment was exactly as listed, in a great location, and very clean. It is a lovely newer property and very luxurious with all the amenities. We would recommend!

Excellent location with less than 5 min walk to beach. Great hiking trails nearby above the beach up on the cliffs. Pool is great right off balcony. Apartment has everything you need. We went to grocery and got breakfast and lunch materials and ate out dinner each night at either one of the 2 beach restaurants or in town. Rental car very helpful to get to dinners and store

Luxury in excellent location

Well equipped and delicious and big balcony all day in shadow. With view on pool and ocean. Enough distance from crazy Lagos evenings and good basis for better dinners in smaller fishing towns.

Great location and well equipped

We are very pleased with our recent stay. The unit has lots of space and modern amenities. It is in a great location near the beach and cliff trails and is a short drive to Old Town Lagos. The complex is quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax. The beach restaurants are excellent for relaxing drinks and meals. it's a great "home base" to explore the Algarve

Short walk to the beach.There is also restaurants and beach cafe which is gorgeous at sunset and the kids can around No shops nearby l, which was not a surprise as we had been to the location before. Lidl’s or Aldi are a short taxi away

Fantastic location, about a 5-7min walk downhill on a nice walkway to a spectacular beach, with two decent restaurants. The apartment is great, very well setup and impeccably clean. Check in was greatly aided by the excellent communication and photos provided by the owner. Parking was on the upper road, not right by the apartment. Getting to the pool took some investigation as well, you need to go through the garage to access, but once there, well worth it! Clean and refreshing pool and the property grounds are very well kept. Highly recommend!!!!

This apartment is perfect for those looking for a relaxing beach stay in the Algarve.The location is directly adjacent to one of the best beaches in the area, and only 5-10 minutes drive from old town Lagos and several of the “instagram” beaches for those seeking memorable pictures.My family and I liked being slightly outside of the town center for good sleeps while being close enough to all the action in Lagos or Lux to get there easily for lunch and dinner. The owner is super helpful and easy to interact with; the apartment is clean and well appointed; the condo development has easy parking and a nice pool.If there is a drawback it is that the beds are so comfortable that we actually overslept on a couple of mornings and had to juggle our schedule to make up for it!!Overall - we give this place an A

Beautiful week away !

The apartment was lovely- very clean, spacious and most importantly comfortable for a family of five ! Having two bathrooms definitely helped. The pool area is well maintained, and not busy - we had the area to ourselves most of the time. It is only a five minute walk to Porto Do Mos beach- it is quite a busy beach but nice to have it on your doorstep if you are a beach lover. Lagos is only a seven minute drive too- it is quite touristy but quite a cool town with lots of restaurants… John was extraordinarily responsive to anything we needed. Thank you John! Would highly recommend *****

Summer holiday

Excellent sized apartment in a collection of just 12 sharing a good sized pool. Good selection of sunbeds and umbrellas and rarely busy during the day. Easy walk to the beach which is also first class. Make sure you book sunbeds on the beach in advance though or you’re getting there for 9am just to get what’s not been hired out. French restaurant around the corner is excellent but the ones on the beach are pretty average. Head to Vivenda Miranda for an excellent lunch and location but, again, make sure you book. If you like visiting bars then you’re looking at an Uber into Lagos but they are very cheap. We fully enjoyed our stay in this apartment and you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Excellent appt. Good contact and discussion email and by phone with the owner (John ) prior to booking appt. Good directions and met at the appt , friendly and pleasant. Appt was well provided for. TV Sat, DVD - Good kitchen - AC in all rooms - Two good bedrooms - 3 kids in one room worked well for us. Black out shutters meant the kids slept well. V Nice main bedroom - Good balcony over looking the pool. Complex a nice mix of owners and holiday renters, all seemed very pleasant and never more than a few families at the pool at any one time. 3-5 min down hill steps to the beach. very nice beach with two fair to good restaurants. Car certainly advised. we had a small Peugeot 207 - suited the 5 of us fine. Supermarkets small drive to Lagos. Lagos itself easy to drive round and park either inside the old city wall or outside. Lagos nice with not being overly busy like other places. Couple of waterparks and a zoo marine park 30 - 40 mins drive. V easy to get to. Overall Excellent appt good position , nice and quiet. Would go back - happy to recommend.

Nice location. Beautiful place.

This rental had a lot of space. However there were some issues. We lost electricity and the host ignored us for days. We lost our food in the refrigerator and had to charge our electronics outside, and we couldn't use anything that we needed that required electricity for a few days. Finally we went for a walk and saw the host walking his dog so he had to acknowledge us. He said he'd send someone the next day (day 3!!!) When someone finally came they entered with a key and my friend was not dressed! The washing machine was also broken which was an amenity I was looking forward to since we were traveling for a few weeks. As a result I had to wait until we arrived at the next location and spent an astronomical amount dry cleaning my clothes. There was no lockbox (as stated in the description) so when we arrived after traveling for some time we had to wait outside an additional half hour for the host. Some positives were a beautiful view, and a short walk to the beach. Restaurant Campimar is on the beach, and it's absolutely wonderful. The location is quiet and the center area was very cute.

Thank you Firstly there is a key safe out side at the entrance to the condominium & the washing machine is working just fine The reason for the electric cutting out is the USA appliances used, your converter or item caused the sockets to trip My team are on hand almost every day to resolve issues (except out of season Sundays)
