VILLA FERRAIOLA

A 13th century dwelling in a pristine estate, offering state-of-the-art comfort and technology. It rises to the south of the historic city of Siena, on top of a hill with a 360 degree view of the gentle Tuscan slopes. It is protected by a forest of thousands of hectares belonging to the biogenetic nature reserve of Tocchi, of which 100 are owned and 25 are fenced. The white country road, which runs through to reach the village, guides guests into a special land, where man and nature are united by a single energy. It is not only an exclusive private villa, but the place to live the ancient local traditions, learn the secrets of the vegetable garden, taste the intense aromas coming from the many varieties of ancient roses in the garden, let yourself be pampered by the Roman baths and the sauna in natural wood, spend the nights watching the stars and still be connected to the rest of the world by wireless internet service.

Room 10 (second floor) a double or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
Suite B:
Room 11 (second floor) a double or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace and access to the staircase leading to the main courtyard. It shares the living room with room 12.
Room 12 (second floor) a double or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace and access to the staircase leading to the main courtyard. It shares the living room with the room 11.
Suite C:
Room 5 a double or twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, small terrace. The room has access from the outside with a balcony.
Room 6 a double or twin room, down 4 steps you reach the bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. There may be some noise between room 6 and room 7.
Room 7 a double or twin room with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower.
Room 15 a double room (with single occupancy) with bathroom with shower, small living room and entrance from the outside (ground floor).
Room 1 a double or twin room with bathroom with shower and jacuzzi with entrance also from the outside (ground floor).

GUEST HOUSE with 6 beds (all have access to a small terrace and a living room for common use.
Room 3 on the first floor a double or twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool (20x10m, depth 140-160 cm), three outdoor pools with differentiated illuminated temperatures that follow the same principle as the Roman calidarium, frigidarium and tiepidarium, sauna, cinema room, heliport, equipped green space, greenhouse with the possibility of following the villa's gardener in the preparation of cuttings and everything else, barbecue, wood-burning oven for preparing pizzas, bread, etc. used exclusively by the villa's staff, an organic vegetable garden with a covered outdoor kitchen managed by the villa's staff, animal farms (pigs, cows, goats, sheep and donkeys) all on the property in large fenced-in areas easily reachable with pleasant walks, an observatory astronomical where once a week guests are given the opportunity to observe the sky with the guidance of an expert astronomer, wireless connection inside and outside the villa, b & b treatment included in the price and possibility of half or full board , service staff for the rooms and common areas, each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning, fans, flat-screen satellite TV (nine rooms have a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, four rooms have a shower and a whirlpool bath) that the shower), washing machine, rooms equipped for the disabled, sauna available 4 h per day (to be agreed is).

owner. An astronomer will come once a week to show to the
guests the sky without any extra charge

City tax is € 1 per night/per person for a maximum of 5 consecutive days of stay, to be paid directly to us before the end of the stay. Children under the age of 12 and handicapped are exempt.
