7 bed villa with private pool in Las Chapas near Cabopino

This lovely, traditional 7 Bedroom villa is located in the residential area of Cabopino, Marbella. The villa is situated between the port of Cabopino and Elviria to the west. The villa is located close to the Cabopino Golf Club, restaurants, bars and is only 750m from the beach. There is a pedestrian overpass giving access to the beach side by foot. This spacious villa offers a wonderful, beautifully maintained garden and pool area with an outside bar and cabana, gas BBQ and various outside dining areas.
There is parking on site.
The facilities include free WIFI and is fully air conditioned The villa also offers a private courtyard and pool table.
Enter through the outside gate to the inner courtyard and the front door. The entrance leads into the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Enter into the very large and spacious lounge and enjoy lovely views out to the garden and pool area. The lounge is furnished with sofas, a games table, dining table and chairs, pool table and large Smart TV. There is a separate utility room off the courtyard. Once in the garden, there is a large grassed area with badminton net. To the right is the wonderful entertaining area with outside bar with thatched cabana, dining tables, sun beds and a pool.

Six of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. To the left of the lounge you will find 2 of the bedrooms, both furnished with king size beds and share a full bathroom. To the right of the lounge are 3 more bedrooms. 2 share a full ensuite bathroom with both having doors leading to it. 2 of these bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and one with a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a private cloakroom. The 6th bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and enjoys an ensuite shower room, the 7th bedroom has a king size bed and is accessed through the 6th bedroom.

Take the stairs to the upper floor and there is a bedroom suite. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an ensuite shower room and large private terrace with sun beds overlooking the pool and neighbouring golf course.

This wonderful villa offers everything for a memorable family holiday with many facilities and extras.

Love, love, love this Villa!

As a family group of 14 we couldn’t have asked for more. The property was spotlessly clean and although the property is a little rough around the edges in places , it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. There is ample room for a large group and the amenities and facilities were in abundance. The outside space is just incredible with the pool, the garden, the cabana and many seating areas. There was walkways somewhere to find a quiet spot if needed. Our family had the best time and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great Villa with fabulous pool.

We stayed for a week in August 2023 to celebrate a 50th birthday. 15 people at a squeeze were accommodated all family and friends a mix of adults teens and one little one. The Villa is almost perfect, the outside space is fabulous, the pool is fantastic, the outside bar and barbecue area is great. Inside space, dining area, lounge kitchen and pool table we made use of everything. The Villa is a little bit weathered, door handles sticking and falling off, kitchen could do with a refresh but not items to really get bothered about. Supermarket 10min walk. Beach and marina was better than expected 15min walk. The Indian restaurant at the bottom of the street was really really good 5min walk. We had a fantastic time and loved the Villa…

Muy Recomendable

La casa es increíble, muy grande y cómoda, tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Las camas muy cómodas. La parte del jardín estaba un poco sucio al llegar, el resto estaba muy bien. El dueño de la casa no nos facilitó mucho las cosas, pero las chicas de la inmobiliaria fueron geniales, nos resolvieron un par de cosas muy rápido y estuvieron atentas para que todo estuviera bien. La persona de mantenimiento tenía el jardín perfecto. Sin duda, lo recomiendo. Hemos disfrutado mucho. Gracias.

Lovely villa great for large family

Lovely villa well equipped, slight issue with bedroom 1's door handle, on closing door it stuck and would not open again, we were rather worried as everything was locked in room, mobiles, passports etc, luckily the Gardener turned up and after phoning office he removed door handles so we were able to get into room, panic over. We had 3 small children age 4, 7 and 9 and they loved their stay.

Propriedade ampla e agradável para grupos até 14 pessoas

Casa ampla, com boas áreas e múltiplas divisões, mas a necessitar de manutenção. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Espaço exterior amplo, com relva bem preservada, mobiliário exterior, barbecue a gás e espaço de refeições muito agradável nesta época do ano. Aquecimento da piscina teria sido bem-vindo, uma vez que tem pouca exposição solar e a água aquece pouco. Muitos insetos no exterior. A disponibilização de apenas um conjunto de chaves dificulta a logística de entrada e saída da casa de diferentes grupos, até porque a chave é necessária para sair de casa!
