Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that you had trouble with the water heater and the shower extension! We wish you had reached out to us during your stay as we actually have a dedicated handyman on our team full-time who comes immediately to resolve any maintenance issues that arise. Because historic homes can sometimes have sudden quirks compared to standard hotel rooms, having on-site technical support ready every day is a top priority for us. We'll be sure to fix that shower attachment right away, and we hope you had a lovely time exploring Florence overall!
