Located just a couple of blocks from the Arno, this beautiful apartment is located in the historical center of Florence. Walk out the door and you can easily reach all the points of interest in the city, such as Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi, Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio all by foot.
In the immediate area there are many restaurants and cafes offering the best of Italian cuisine. Next door is a wonderful bakery where you can enjoy coffee and delicious pastries. You will also be surrounded by the artisan shops that make the Oltrano area a favorite. Train station is a 15 minute walk.

This designer apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with Nespresso machine, stove , oven, frig/freezer and all the pots and pans you need. The layout lends itself to a very comfortable stay with a Terrace off the dining area. There is a tv that is connected to the internet. Air Conditioning in all rooms

The first bedroom is oversized with a large King bed and ample closet space with a smaller en suite full bathroom. Air Conditioning unit inside

The apartment was well appointed and located conveniently within the city of Florence. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were traveling as two couples and we had plenty of privacy if we wanted it and also space to be together.

Clean and Modern Apartment

This apartment was very comfortable for our family trip, including three adults and one child. The apartment is renovated and very clean. We loved the neighborhood as it is close enough to walk to all of the sites, but still feels relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle. Communication was excellent with both Tracy and Cristiana from the time of booking until we checked out. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is just as represented in the pictures. Tracey is a SUPERB host! She proactively reached out prior to the stay and was available via chat app. The neighborhood is very quaint and say from the bustle, but a quick walk to the various Florence areas.

Ideally located and so well appointed. In the heart of Florence but on the more serene, bohemian side of the river. Within walking distance of all the good things Florence has to offer, with a great fresh food market just down the street. Host was attentive and very helpful. Apartment is a gem. Air cond and Shower is top notch. A must stay in Florence. The best!

Perfect Stay

This property is modern and very well appointed. The location is perfect for site seeing and close to many restaurants. All communication with the property manager and the local representative were excellent. They were extremely helpful. I recommend this lovely apartment. It will certainly add to your Florence experience.

A great property in a cool neighborhood

We have been to Florence many times and always seemed to find ourselves in Oltrarno, so decided to stay there this time. The flat was just as described, but nicer and completely modern. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything that we needed, and all of the appliances worked. It is located close to the Brancacci Chapel and main points of interest, but was very quiet (we suspect the owner installed “city windows”). The bathrooms were modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were large and the beds and pillows were great. Communication with the American owner and local property manager were easy and both were extremely responsive. We would happily have stayed longer than a week, and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect space and location!We had the pleasure of staying here on our recent trip to Florence. What a gem! We were two adults, although there is plenty of room for four. This was our second trip to Florence. We were surprised by the crowds in this beautiful City and were so grateful to stay across the bridge at Tracy‘s place. It meant a five minute walk to the historic center, but a retreat to calm a five minute walk back.The best: - very accommodating owner who worked with our check-in schedule and made sure someone was there waiting, for our arrival.- nearly instant communication with the owner, who also gave some specialized tips for our likes/dislikes.- lots of space- air conditioning in every room. Very easy to operate and worked beautifully. A- really clean.- hot water on demand. - super quiet and centrally located. Felt very safe. - a Conad market a few doorsteps away. Need milk? NP! Amazing bakery and gelato, nearly next door. Cons: - Not many. There are steps (16-ish) from the outside to the main door, that get more steep at the top- Mattress in the Master bedroom was too firm for our liking. We were able to use some of the duvet inserts to create more padding, and slept well. - Recycling afforded a learning curve. Some tips on this in advance of walking to the drop off site would be helpful…Eat: Gune is fine dining, a very short walk from the apartment. Really special, incredible food, and a bargain (until he receives his Michelin Star)
