Apartment was nice overall and worked well for two adults and two older kids. Could be difficult for individuals with mobility limitations or small children, since the stairs are quite steep/narrow. Good air conditioning and working kitchen. Some parts felt a little dirty (rug) but beds were adequate and space was generally well maintained. I would stay again.

Perfect location

Great place, exactly as advertised. The only recommendation is that there are some outdated appliances. The dishwasher and toaster both didn’t work. But that’s really minor.

Location was fabulous

Loved the location. The building is very old as it’s located in the very historic part of Turin. The host managers were easily contactable via WhatsApp. I needed to contact them as the shower drain was blocked and they promptly fixed the issue which was great. The things I really liked was that all the Beds were comfortable. Pillows comfy too. Only a couple of negatives, being an older building the pumps taking water to upper floors vibrated in the walls on and off. A bit noisy. Unfortunately the last two days of our stay the wifi stopped working and they didn’t respond to me about sorting that when I when I said it was still not working which was a bit disappointing.

Flat in a central location with light and shade

The flat is centrally located in the city centre, but in the rear building with a view of the inner courtyard and technical facilities. Steep spiral staircases in the stairwell and to the bedrooms not suitable for everyone, but no problem for us. The interior of the flat corresponds to the advert, but is a little older and more worn than shown there. The furnishings are tasteful, the equipment basically good, but with a few limitations: Table and chairs only for 3 people, no wifi on one of 3 days. Positive: There was a starter box with washing up utensils and bin bags, hand soap and shower gel was available which was very practical. You can't leave the building without a key, there is a ceiling-high grille at the exit of the stairwell that can only be opened with a key. This is problematic if you want to leave the house separately or are in an emergency situation. Attention must also be paid to this when checking out. Communication with agency was via WhatssApp (within working hours), some times they sent a link to click instead of writing directly in the chat, but at the end it was also possible to clarify things without using the link. The chat via Fewo-direkt (booking platform) and via mail did not work well. Despite the disadvantages mentioned, we had all in all a pleasant time and felt well in the flat, the location within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the train station is excellent, and the price-performance ratio is also good.

The apartment is equipped with spare chairs for each guest, but only three chairs are placed in the kitchen to ensure enough living space. Both the door at thebottom of the stairwell and the building door can be opened from the inside with a button. To communicate with our guests we use a business number that first asks for their permission to initiate contact for privacy reasons. We look forward to hosting you again in the future in our beautiful apartments, the Wonderful Italy Team.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro vicinissima a tutti i principali monumenti/musei, e' al secondo piano di un edificio senza ascensore, e le camere sono soppalcate accessibili con scale a chiocciola.

Superbe appartement

On a tout aimé de cet endroit; son espace spacieux, les chambres, les balcons et son emplacement parfait pour les voyageurs qui veulent découvrir la ville.

Posizione strategica

Vacanza breve ma intensa, l'appartamento è situato in zona centralissima ciò ci ha permesso di visitare e girare la città facilmente! Unica pecca per chi viene in auto sono le zone ztl. Ma tutto sommato per il resto ottimo.

La zona ZTL a Torino è attiva al mattino dalle 7.30 alle 10.30, al di fuori di questa fascia oraria si può circolare tranquillamente. Speriamo di riavervi presto ospiti nei nostri appartamenti, il Team di Wonderful Italy

Great location good shower and kitchen

Had trouble with WiFi wrong info was given but did get it straightened out. The host knew nothing about the area could not even recommend restaurants. They should have a list of restaurants and things to do inside the unit. The rug in living room needs to be cleaned.
