Idyllic holiday home let in Yorkshire Market Town - a hidden gem!

Although Little Ings might be hard to find, it is in fact right in the centre of a thriving North Yorkshire town. Close to all amenities but in a secluded spot perfect to relax and enjoy the local area. The North Yorkshire countryside and sea resorts are all within driving distance.
The accommodation is perfect for a couple or a couple with an infant.
The property is accessed through a garden arch and double patio doors that lead onto a sitting and dining area with open plan kitchenette. There is underfloor heating throughout and also an electric fire if the weather is particularly chilly. In the sitting area there is a double sofa and a 40" Smart TV. There is ambient lighting throughout. The kitchenette has a combinaton oven and a portable hob, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. There is always tea, coffee and sugar provided. Dishes, glasses, cups, pans, cutlery are all in the cupboards if you fancy eating in. There is instant hot water available in the kitchen but only a small tank so depending on use will determine how much is available at any one time. However the shower is a Mira sports power shower, with constant hot water, with a large walk in cubicle for comfort. We provide complimentary toiletries in case our guests have forgotten anything! A lit mirror adds a luxurious touch to our shower room. The bedroom has a king sized bed with chest of drawers, small TV, mirror, hairdryer and curtains as well as vertical blinds for a good night's sleep. Outside there is a seating area which catches much of the sun during the day, a great place for an early morning cup of coffee in the summer months! Circular walks are on the doorstep, a reflective garden, cafes and pubs in Easingwold.
