Nestled in a clearing backed by mature trees you will find Wainwirght; a beautifully renovated carriage. Privately set close to the Suffolk coast and The Broads National Park, this is the perfect glamping hideout for one or two people to spend a weekend relaxing and exploring.

Within easy reach of The Norfolk Broads and the Suffolk Heritage coast, Wainwright is situated on a working farm on the beautiful Somerleyton Estate. The carriage is backed by woodland and in complete privacy, a great place to sit and have a drink watching the sun set with all the deer, rabbits, ducks and pheasants coming and going. The carriage was originally used to transport fruit, but it has been lovingly restored and converted to provide luxury accommodation. The modern finish combined with the rustic flare of the original flooring and roof arches, make it a functional yet fun place to spend time away.

Inside the hut there is a king-size bed at one end, with a retractable table seating two on benches. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, induction hob and microwave - everything you need for cooking up a storm after a day exploring. In the chillier months, why not snuggle down with a good book, cup of tea and light the wood burning stove? Through the door on the right hand side of the carriage is an en-suite. This has a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

To the front of the carriage there is a wood-fired hot tub with view out across the Suffolk countryside. There is a stoned patio area with a table and chairs along with a barbecue.

Microwave, Induction hob, crockery, glassware and utensils, cafetiere
En-suite shower room
Shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail. Towels and complimentary toiletries supplied.

Outside:
Charcoal barbecue in summer with fuel provided, table and chairs. Parking for one car close by.
Wood-fired hot tub available for small additional charge of £80 per stay.
