The property is located directly at the beautiful Agios Emilianos Beach with amazing turquoise waters and Mediterranean vegetation. In addition to the gorgeous beach directly in front of the residence, you will find larger and smaller beaches with sand and pebbles in the nearby areas.

This holiday apartment has been designed to be completely independent, elegant and relaxing, without any clutter. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together into a luxurious and comfortable king bed. The bright, open-space living area looks out to the garden and the sea-view veranda, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy a relaxing, tranquil evening after your day at the beach. There is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area. The dining table comfortably seats six. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and every room has its own A/C unit.

Aghios Emilianos location is central to many places of interest. It is only 2.5 km from Kosta, the small port where you can cross by sea to the Island of Spetses, 6 km from the popular Porto Heli with restaurants, groceries stores and shops, and only 16.5 km from historic Ermioni. It takes approx. 1 hour to drive to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (60 km), and approx. 1 h 20 min to drive to Nafplion (82 km). Or you can visit the picturesque Island of Hydra by driving to Metochi (45 min.) and then taking the ferry (15-20 min).
