Lovely 3-Bed Bungalow in Camposol, Mazarron, Spain

Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom bungalow on the Camposol Golf Resort, just outside Mazarron. We hope that you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.

Camposol is an easy 30 minute (16 mile) drive from Murcia-Corvera airport, and just over 1 hours drive from Alicante airport.

The surrounding area has a lot to offer (especially stunning beaches just 15 minutes drive away, and 320 days of sunshine every year) and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It is located in a quiet area of Camposol, so is the perfect place to either relax (enjoying the television and internet access) or use as a base to explore the area.

The property is only 25 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive from the Camposol Golf Clubhouse, which has an excellent restaurant and bar, and organises regular (free) live evening entertainment.
There is a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops, a vet, pharmacy, banks, optician, gift shop, supermarket, petrol station, etc. on the Camposol estate, where the majority (80%) of the residents are British, with a large number of Scandinavian, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish residents and guests making it a truly international resort.

The large front patio has a PVC cover for shade, with a dining table and 4 chairs, so is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

There are 2x 2-seater cream leather sofas and air-conditioning (cold and heat) in the living room, plus another dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave with grill, a kettle and a toaster.

The rear terrace has an awning for shade and a large gas barbeque, with a staircase to access the large solarium / rooftop, which is the perfect place to stargaze and enjoy the great views with a few drinks after dinner, or a barbeque meal.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with air-conditioning (cold and heat), ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and a safe.
In the second bedroom, there is a double bed, air-conditioning (cold), electric heater, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a single bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.

There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Self-check-in is via a keysafe at the front entrance gate (any time after 4:00 pm) and check-out is any time before 10:00 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible, please contact us and check before booking.
- There is free parking on the quiet residential road directly in front of the property.
- Pets are permitted at the property (for an additional charge of Euro 25 per stay).
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is a cleaning charge of Euro 75 per stay.
- There is a security deposit of Euro 300 / £265, refundable after the handover checks confirm no damage / losses.
- Hot water (for the shower, kitchen sink and bathroom sink) is provided by a gas heater. A 14.4 kg butane gas cylinder is supplied, but if it runs our during your stay, a full cylinder costs between Euro 16 and Euro 20 in exchange.
- The electricity usage is metered, so you only pay for what you use (standard in Spain, in case the guests leave the aircon or heating running 24/7). The cost is Euro 0.20 per kWh, typically two guests will use between 40 and 80 kWh per week. This cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
- We require a copy of the passport for every guest staying here at least 48 hours before their arrival, so that we can register them with the Guardia Civil police (legal requirement in Spain).
- For your security, there is a CCTV camera and LED sensor light that covers the front porch and entrance gate.
- This house is located in a quiet residential area, so PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

As you enter the Camposol golf estate, there is a large supermarket (Consum) which is open from 9:00 am until 9:30 pm (closed on Sundays). If you are likely to arrive outside of these opening hours (or don't want to have to stop and buy groceries on your way to the house), we can arrange for a welcome pack to be in the house on your arrival. The welcome pack can include your choice of groceries (milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, eggs, bacon, ham, etc.) but must be ordered at least 48 hours before your arrival (to give our keyholder a chance to buy the requested items). The cost will be the actual cost of the items plus a Euro 10 delivery charge (to be deducted from the security deposit).

Please respect and take care of the house as if it was yours. Otherwise, if any damage is done, we will deduct it from the deposit.
