Incredible first line luxury apartment on the Levante beach in Benidorm

Luxury apartment of 150 m2 located on the Levante Beach on the first line of the dazzling Mediterranean Sea. An emblematic building with a family and quiet atmosphere. A pool and shower are at your disposal on the ground floor next to the soft sand beach. The apartment has a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The beautiful living room opens to this terrace with sliding wooden and glass doors. The house is distributed in a main room with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (25€/day), with an en suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms with single beds, a second bathroom and a toilet, it can accommodate up to 6 people and a child. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Parking with availability of two spaces, one of them in the basement. (the second place not included in the price, optional at € 30 / day). On the roof of the building there is a second pool, very quiet, with beautiful aerial views and cozy solarium. (reserved the right of admission in this pool)
Located in the center of Levante Beach, near the center and Rincon de Loix but away from the nightlife, very well connected with municipal buses, near the center. Point of municipal bicycles and beach library, at the door.

Levante Beach Apartment

We enjoyed a fantastic 4 nights in this very well equipped apartment. Some might say there were elements which were a little dated, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.Its 7th floor & frontline and the panoramic views around the bay were amazing. Being early in season (I guess), the roof pool was not in use but the ground level pool was excellent - plenty of time was spent in there !Star of the show was undoubtedly the apartment's balcony which could easily accommodate 12 or more people. For the 6 of us, it felt spacious and we spent many hours out there playing cards and people watching.The apartment itself is perfectly located midway between new town & old town. This means it's quiet at night, but within a short walk of either the hectic new town or quieter old town.Pilar's online communication was faultless throughout and the early AM check-in was very cheerily handled by Stephanie. Thank you to both !Would recommend this apartment to others and, if we're ever back in Benidorm, we'd be looking to stay here again.

Amazing!

Our second stay and even better than the first. Front line, high enough not to be bothered by noise, well equipped and so central. Pilar is an amazing host and we loved it! And this year a new bed in the master bedroom; very comfortable. See you again next year....

Location Location Location!

The apartment is very spacious, but homey at the same time. The location is on Levante Beach, which is normally loud, but this apartment building is located nearly in the middle, quieter part of Levante. It makes for a very convenient location to walk either direction for your food and entertainment! The balcony was my favorite with the comfortable furniture for me to sit and ready; and the multiple electric outlets for my husband’s computer while he worked at the outdoor table. The weather was in the 80s F, but the apartment stayed cool, especially the two back bedrooms. We thought the two full bathrooms were excellent, and it was nice having 3 toilets available. The closets are large with plenty of storage. The décor is vintage and we loved it – the sofa was low but it was surprising how comfortable the corner was for reading a book and looking out towards the ocean (and for napping). To finalize – an excellent apartment, great location, and absolutely fantastic balcony!

TRIP WITH ELDERLY RELATIVE

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, OVERLOOKING THE BEACH. IT IS A QUIETER AREA THAN SOME . APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS AND HAS ALL THAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR STAY. ROOMS ESPECIALLY THE LARGER BATHROOM NEED SOME UPDATING.

Girls trip

4 night stay with friends. apartment is located perfectly and has everything you need, the views are wonderful and it’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. However, there is no air con, we missed this when booking., so it’s our fault and there are fans. We did get used it and the breeze from the balcony was lovely, enjoy the large black fan which we have left. We would return and stay again. Sam

Great location

Great location with beautiful views. Owner very helpful as this was supposed to have been 2020 stay but she agreed to move it until we were allowed to travel. Apartment could have been a bit cleaner but we managed to clean utensils and appliances that we needed ourselves. It’s dated but comfortable.

Great location and lovely views over levante beach

The apartment was lovely and though some of the furnishings were a bit dated, the apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and airy with a fantastic view over Levante beach. The location is very central and within easy walking distance of both the strip and the old town. We would definitely return given the opportunity

Great location

Furniture and fittings, whilst old have 1970's retro style charm, spacious apartment with a nice and large balcony overlooking the beach. Pool is small but perfect for a quick dip when heading back from the beach.

Best location in Benidorm! Great views too!

I booked this apartment for 6 of us and it was perfect for us. The facilities in the apartment met our needs and the apartment is of a good standard. The location is perfect, right on the beach front at the start of Avd de Europa so it has great views, a short walk from the airport bus stop and half way between the old town and the pubs and bars. The apartment is excellent value for money.
