The Latina Design III apartment is located in the heart of the city, in the Barrio de la Latina. The oldest area of ​​Madrid and one of the most sought after by its visitors, full of streets full of history that surround the Plaza Mayor and other emblematic places.

It is an excellent neighborhood to walk around and go for tapas or enjoy its traditional restaurants.
Located next to the Rastro, the famous open-air market that is held on Sundays where you can stroll, find ancient treasures or have an aperitif with the best atmosphere.

Apartment:

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator.
Entering, there is the living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook. It has a complete bathroom.
The living room has a seating and dining area.
It has 3 rooms. Two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All of them exterior and well equipped.

There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property, the hours during the heating months will be from 13:00h to 23:00h.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
