Located 8 km from Bergamo, this apartment—completely renovated with accessibility in mind—has been designed and furnished to be simple and comfortable, with an eye for beauty—a key element for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Equipped for remote work, it overlooks a large, natural garden maintained to preserve existing biodiversity and enhanced by a natural pond. Welcome to “vacation” and work! ☺
The space
Apartment suitable for couples, business travelers, remote workers, and families (with children).
It is part of a group of historic residences in the center of the medieval village of Almè, just outside Bergamo.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and includes:

- Bedroom: bedroom (9.50 m²) with a French-style double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a window overlooking the garden.

- Bedroom: bedroom (19 sq m) with a single bed and a queen-size bed (1.28 x 1.90 m), a large window, and a French door opening onto the garden. A travel crib for a child is available upon request.

- The living room, featuring a dedicated workspace for remote work, is spacious with a French door at the entrance and a view of the greenery. It includes a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

- The bathroom, which also has a window overlooking the garden, is designed with special attention to the needs of guests with disabilities and the care of young children or infants (a changing table is available).

The entire apartment is barrier-free and has free Wi-Fi coverage. The two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen (all for guests’ exclusive use) are equipped with televisions featuring digital terrestrial channels.

Inside, you’ll find a small safe.

Free on-site parking is available.

There is also a pedestrian gate reserved for your use, which is normally open during the day and closed after dark.

You’ll have a set of keys for both the gate and the apartment’s front door, allowing you ease and freedom of movement without having to adhere to specific schedules.

No security deposit—this is your second home ☺!
We thank you in advance for treating the apartment with the same care, attention, diligence, and caution you would normally exercise in your own home.
If you happen to cause accidental damage, we simply ask that you notify us promptly so we can remedy the situation and hand over the apartment to the next guest in the same condition you found it upon your arrival.

Respect for Quiet:
During the day, you’ll hear the voices and sounds of the village, while at night you’ll enjoy great tranquility, broken only by the calls of nocturnal birds and the rustling of leaves stirred by the wind coming down from the valley.

Linens and Cleaning:
Upon arrival, you will find the apartment, bed linens and blankets, kitchen linens, and cleaning supplies clean and tidy.
During your stay, you may clean the apartment yourself using the supplies provided in the white utility cabinet in the kitchen-living room.
The washer and dryer are located in a common area accessible directly from the apartment.

Supplied products:
Personal hygiene products are biodegradable, plant-based, not tested on animals, and refilled into the designated bottles upon each guest’s arrival.
The cleaning and dishwashing products are eco-friendly and concentrated, scented solely with essential oils.
