Stargaze has an 'upside down' layout with the light and airy open plan living area giving uninterrupted views of the golf course, making it the perfect space to socialise with friends and family. Access to the balcony makes indoor/outdoor living easy in the warmer months; and underfloor heating throughout the generous living space and well equipped kitchen will keep you cosy when temperatures drop.

Three stylish bedrooms are on the ground floor with king, double and twin beds. The main bedroom has a modern en suite shower room and there's also a family bathroom, utility room and, conveniently, a cloakroom off the living area.

You're spoilt for choice of outdoor space at this holiday home with both a large balcony for outside dining and star gazing, and a ground floor deck with decadent hot tub and rattan egg chair. There's plenty to keep the whole family occupied on the surrounding Caldecott Hall estate which has two golf courses on site, charismatic fitness spa, swimming pool and bar.

GROUND FLOOR
Hallway with doors to the main bedroom, double, twin, bathroom, utility room and stairs to the first floor.
Main bedroom - King size bed, TV, bedside units with drawers, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
En-Suite shower room - Rain and hand held shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, natural light.
Double bedroom - Double bed, bedside drawers, small wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom - Please note that a door opens to the deck with hot tub at the back of the house. Twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Utility Room - Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner.

OPEN PLAN FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE
Stairs rise directly into this large room with living area on one side, furnished with a massive sofa, chairs, coffee tables and TV unit. Doors open to the balcony.
The kitchen has a waist height Baumatic dual gas oven with grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Guesto coffee machine (remember to bring pods). Dining table with six chairs.
Separate cloakroom. There's a mains connected smoke detector on this floor.

OUTSIDE
Please note that the hot tub is used at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times in and around the hot tub and around the grounds. We suggest you bring extra towels.
Ground floor decking with Hot Tub and rattan egg swing chair. The Cleaning Fee includes a full drain, clean and refill between every stay. First floor balcony with dining furniture.
