We go to Tybee Island every year in October, this was year 7 and the second time in this Condo. We have never had a problem with the Host or property, this year there was four of us, most years there are 7, we are comfortable. I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone coming to the Island. We are looking forward to next year!

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that these concerns were never mentioned at any point during your stay, as we would have been happy to address any legitimate maintenance issue brought to our attention. Unfortunately, these complaints were raised only after the scheduled 10:30 AM checkout time had passed by several hours. At approximately 3:00 PM, the property still had not been vacated, despite our prior written response regarding the requested late checkout. Because we needed to regain possession of the property for the next reservation, law enforcement assistance was ultimately requested. We take guest concerns seriously and appreciate being notified of maintenance issues when they occur so that we have an opportunity to address them. However, no concerns regarding the balcony locks, furniture, or shower door were reported during this your stay. In fact, we came out with a brand new lock on our own and you didn’t say a word. We had noticed it was damaged during cleaning and immediately ordered a replacement. We came out during your stay to replace it. We’re pleased to hear that the you found the kitchen and bedrooms satisfactory, and we will, of course, inspect the items mentioned in the review. We wish you all the best with your future travels elsewhere.

When we arrived at the condo, there were some issues- however the host responded quickly and went above and beyond to correct. One issue was not the fault of the host. The elevator was not working .We have a handicap and an elderly person in our group. The host worked quickly to get it repaired!

We were very happy with this condo. I did reach out by email and left a message regarding a couple issues without a reply. The floors in the entry way and kitchen were not clean. Also, no information regarding how to operate the TV was available, a breaker was off so no electricity was available, until my brother in law found that breaker and turned it on. A sweeper, broom and swifter would help too. I was very pleased with the decor, linens and the kitchen is very well stocked with nice glassware. I would book again. Also, there was only one key left when we were told there would be two.

Beautiful condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very nice and the balcony was amazing! It’s in perfect location. Close to pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is older and pool did not have easy access but over all a great place to stay.

We had a great time. Great accessibility to restaurants and shops by foot. Elevators make loading and unloading easy. The pavilion and pier are so easily accessible. The accommodations are fantastic. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

Stay was great.

The entire family enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and cozy. No complaints. Pointed out a few minor issues w/ the property that are being fixed. Outside of that, great experience.

A wonderful location & short walk to the beaches, shops, & multiple restaurants. There was an issue with the elevator the first day, but the owner was very punctual, working with the maintenance crew to get it fixed. The view from our corner balcony was amazing in the morning, where you could watch the sunrise over the beach. This was a spacious condo, with room for our entire family.

Perfect girls trip

The condo was AMAZING! There was so much space and it was such a relaxing trip. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants and shopping were nearby. The master bath was a dream, the beds were wonderful and we all got restful sleep. My only negative was that the trip was too short-we highly recommend the Brass Rail.

The area was nice and close to the pier, stores and places to eat. The elevator was not working the whole trip which was hard for some of my family to get up to 3rd floor we were not aware for this before we arrived. The room was not cleaned yet before we arrived but the host did respond quickly and get room cleaned for us and taken care of.

Perfect Location with Ocean View

My family had a great stay at this property on Tybee Island. Could not have had a more convenient location. Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Having the pools and hot tub were nice when you were back from the ocean but still wanted to swim. The elevator up from the parking lot to the condo made love in/move out a breeze. Will look to stay again.
