AMAZING Ocean & River views Tybee Island! Lighthouse Point 17A

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Lighthouse Point Unit 17A is a first floor unit in the gated Lighthouse Point Beach Club located on the North end of Tybee Island near the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum. Lighthouse Point 17A offers spectacular views of the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean.

Kick back in the four counter height chairs on our waterfront balcony and watch the ships sail by. This is definitely a favorite pass time on North Beach. Bring your binoculars for amazing views of Daufuskie and Hilton Head Islands, the Atlantic Ocean, and close ups of the ships! Approximately 300 steps across the grassy lawn and the dune walk land you on the sandy beach!

The north end of the island is much more laid back and quiet and perfect for your trip. It's only steps to the sand where you can set up camp and enjoy the amazing scenery and avoid the large crowds! You are almost guaranteed to spot dolphins playing in the surf! There is nothing like sitting on the sand just steps from your unit and watching the sunrise! Breathtaking and so peaceful!

Our Unit is on the first floor up one flight of stairs. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master and a Queen and bunk beds in the guest room. Two full bathrooms can accommodate your entire party. All linens are provided.

There are quite a few amazing restaurants on the north end of the island within walking or biking distance. If you had rather stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, etc. in preparation for your home-cooked meal. There are two coffee pots - one drip and one for pods.

As our guest, you are allowed two parking spaces - one is marked for our unit (just across from the unit) and the other is in the general parking lot. Overflow parking is available beyond the tennis courts. There are parking passes on the kitchen counter.

There are two amazing pools at Lighthouse Point which, although not heated, are open year round. There is also a kiddie pool. Pool passes are located on the kitchen counter. Tennis anyone? There are 2 tennis courts, as well as Pickle Ball. A community grill is located directly across the parking lot at the pool pavilion.

There is so much to do and see on Tybee Island and the surrounding area. Climb to the top of the Lighthouse. A few short miles away is Fort Pulaski National Monument. Take a dolphin tour which eventually comes right to the ocean in front of our complex. Take a short walk by road or beach to the Marine Science Center or hop in your car and be in Historic Savannah in about 20 minutes! Into surfing? The best surfing on the island is only a short walk!
