The location is easy to get too and overlooks the dunes. It is really interesting to watch the large container ships pass the beach. I saw at least 6 different types of gulls and huge flocks of birds. It is within walking distance of the lighthouse and the marine science center. The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Robin was incredibly kind and helpful. The property was just as advertised, beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Great views of the water and incoming ships. We would stay here again.

Cute condo. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Appreciate the comfy beds and living room seating. The balcony was great and we spent a lot of time sitting out there. The kids loved the pools and seeing the turtles in the nearby pond.

The unit was well furnished and very comfortable. The balcony was great with a good view of the river and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is beautiful and not crowded once you get there as it is a bit of a hike through the dunes. We would definitely stay there again.

We were a Girl Scout troop in town to tour Juliette Gordon Low’s birthplace. Our girls wanted a slumber party vibe on the beach and this place was perfect! We walked to the Tybee Marine Science Center and the lighthouse. Beach was fantastic. Rental has plenty of room for 6 people. One of the girls had a birthday during the trip and we were able to bake a cake with the tools in the kitchen. Would stay again!

Girls trip

We came for a girls retreat, beautiful view, close access to beach and pool, clean with good balcony size. We enjoyed our visit!

First visit to Tybee Island

Had a wonderful week on our first trip to Tybee Island. The property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Enjoyed a relaxing week in the ocean, by the pool, and exploring the area, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect villa for a family get away. Enjoyed the house and the quick walk to the beach where we saw a lot of shells. Would come back to Tybee and the house.

Perfect family trip!

This was the perfect condo for our family beach trip! Plenty of space for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach - quieter on the north end with lots of dolphin sightings. Comfortable bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor balcony. Five stars all around!

Quiet and close to the beach

Great location to the beach. There are 2 walkways to the beach from the complex and the condo is spacious and clean. Felt very quiet and private when we went, hardly anyone on the beach.

Great spot and beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family with 3 small kids. So nicely decorated and updated with plenty of seating for everyone. Great location on the beach and easy to get into town of Tybee and easy drive to Savannah. Beautiful wide beach and great view.

Winter getaway

The condo was just like the pictures. Check in was easy and it was great to have a designated parking space. The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay at this condo again.

This was our first visit to Tybee Island and overall were very pleased. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The beach was lovely!The only suggestion I have is the property could use a good deep cleaning. Baseboards were very dusty.

Great family vaca

We had such a great time! Loved that the pool was super close to the condo. The only thing was the master bedroom mattress was extremely thin & hard, which was very uncomfortable. All other beds/furniture were comfy.

I'm sorry our mattress was uncomfortable for you. This is a 10" memory foam mattress less than a year old. Perhaps it appears to be "thin" because it's a platform bed with no box spring. Again I'm sorry for your discomfort but glad that you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Great weekend!

Celebrated 35 year anniversary with a get-away to Tybee. Other than the weather, great weekend! The condo was beautiful and clean. Great views and easy access to everything on Tybee. AWESOME place!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as described. It was a short walk to the north beach and shell hunting was great. We really enjoyed watching the cargo ships come and go.

Nice location

Nice location. Wry comfortable But it needed some minor fixing, Kerig leaked all over an unusable, need blackout curtains in the bedroom, sliding door in the main bedroom does not lock , shower in main bedroom was not clean.

Thank you for your review. I will look into the issues that you experienced and will have them taken care of. I will say that we've never had an issue with the Keurig but thank you for bringing that to my attention. Appliances have a way of eventually giving out. :( I have also put in a report to maintenance to check the sliding glass door. It locked fine when we were they a few weeks ago. The black out curtains are something we have considered doing and I will look into possibly getting those. As for the shower, my housekeeper thoroughly cleans both showers with bleach after each guest but I have brought this to his attention as well. Thank you again for your review and for booking with us.
