Summary:
This beautifully and recently renovated apartment is fully equipped and perfect for solo travelers, couples, and for corporate employees alike. Although it comes with an exclusive parking spot, the location is super well connected to direct public transport routes. Only a 10 minute bus ride from the historic centre of Oxford, 2 minutes from the vibrant Cowley Road, and 5 minutes from BMW, Headington, Oxford Business Park, and the ring road enabling you to quickly access nearby towns.

The Space:
No need to worry about climbing stairs as our apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. The apartment comprises 4 main rooms, with an open plan concept for the living and kitchen areas, and a large floor to ceiling sliding door connecting the bedroom directly to the living room. The bathroom is an ensuite with a good-sized shower (there is no bathtub), sink, and toilet. The apartment has recently undergone light renovation. The footprint is 38 metres squared and although it may be on the small side, it has tall ceilings making it feel spacious and airy. You'll have all the modern amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including a 50” SMART TV preloaded with Netflix and other on-demand apps (note that there are no terrestrial channels), as well as an Amazon Echo for all your music needs, and fast WiFi connection throughout the apartment.

Guest Access:
You will be provided with a unique code for secure access to the property. This code will only be valid for the duration of their stay, ensuring their safety and privacy during their visit. The code will allow guests for a self check-in. You will be able to come and go as they please without the need for physical keys. Any trouble on the day, we will be there to assist.

The Neighborhood:
Cowley Road is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood. The apartment is situated 15 minutes walk or a 2 minute bus ride from the the heart of Cowley Road. With its lively atmosphere and eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants, it is the perfect destination for travelers seeking an immersive experience. Staying in this neighborhood will give you the opportunity to explore the city as a local, discovering hidden gems and experiencing the authentic Oxford way of life.

As soon as you step out onto Cowley Road, you will be greeted by a bustling scene of people going about their day. The street is lined with colorful storefronts, each offering a unique selection of goods and services. From vintage clothing stores to independent bookshops, there is something for everyone to explore.

As you wander further down Cowley Road, you will discover a wide range of international cuisine, from Thai to Ethiopian, Indian to Italian. Whether you are looking for a quick snack or a sit-down meal, you will be spoiled for choice. Make sure to book these restaurants in advance, especially on weekends, as they can get pretty busy! Getting Around:
There are great transportation links to the city centre, making it super easy for you to explore all that Oxford has to offer. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment running every 10-15 minutes until late. Alternatively, if you're travelling by car, we're just a short drive away from the city centre. The buses will also take you to Headington (15 minutes) and Cowley Road.

Other Things to Note:
We take security and the well-being of our guests and neighbours very seriously. Our lock system is monitored to ensure that we can see when the property is being locked or unlocked and by whom, giving us complete control and transparency over access to the property. Additionally, we have a noise monitoring system in place - a Noisly monitor - to measure decibel levels (not conversations), to encourage guests to maintain a peaceful environment. This is done to prevent excessive noise and potential disturbances to our neighbours. Our aim is to create a welcoming, safe and harmonious environment for all guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
