Amazing sunset views across the water – 5 min from Gracebay!

Turtle View is a stunning canal front home only a 3-5 minute drive from Grace Bay, complete with views over Juba Sound Salina and Long Bay nature reserve. Enjoy the sound of bird song or walk down to your private canal access for kayaking on the water where you can watch turtles. In the evenings enjoy breath-taking sunsets on the wrap around deck.

Located on Long Bay canal, your private villa is a 3-5 minute drive to Grace Bay and Long Bay beaches; minutes from Provo’s best shopping and dining.

The house has beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and small cooler perfect for heading to the beach with. There is also a washing machine & clothes line, plus iron & iron board should you need them. Located under the house are 2 x kayaks and 2 x inflatable paddle boards for your use, and are perfect for exploring the canal. Life jackets are also provided and can be found in the bedroom closets should you wish to use them.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. We just wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Home Away From Home

We had a fantastic trip, and this house suited our family's needs perfectly. The house was clean and nicely appointed. We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers), and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The location is quiet, yet close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Everyone had enough space individually, and we were also able to spend time together as a family watching TV in the family room, playing games on the porch, and paddleboarding/kayaking on the nearby canal. We enjoyed walking to Long Bay Beach, and Grace Bay was only a short drive away. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely recommend this property to other families and would stay here again.

The island life!

We had a spectacular stay at Clare's 'Turtle View'. It had all that we could ask for in terms of beach supplies, toys, games, books and more than enough space for our family. This was a typical day: wake up and enjoy the sunrise, paddleboard along the canal spotting sea turtles, drive 5 mins to Grace Bay beach, picnic at the beach or back to the house to 'cool down', beach return, sunset on the patio with a glass of wine, great dinner, blissful sleep! And repeat... If that works for you; you've found your place!

Great family vacation

The property was exactly as described, a great place for our family of 6 to stay and use as our home base while exploring the island. Everything was new and the house was well equipped. We really appreciated having the individual air conditioning units for nighttime. The screened in porch was lovely. Clare was very responsive with messaging and so accommodating, even providing a folding bed so all of our kids all had a place to sleep. We would definitely stay there again, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hello, I'm a mum of two young (and energetic) boys, and (an equally energetic) friendly dog, as well as working as a freelance graphic designer. My husband and I recently purchased Turtle View and live here in Provo. We love to travel and have been visiting the island for over 20 years. We decided to move here from the UK when my husband was offered a job. That was over a year now, and I'm not quite sure where the time has gone!

Having been visitors to Provo for over 20 years, we have always stayed in the Long Bay area. My husband's parents use to own a home in Long Bay for many years and we have lots of lovely memories from our holidays at their house – many a summer holiday and Christmases with all the family – from pre-children to post children – our sons both visited Provo for the first time when they were just babies. So when we moved here from the UK in October 2021, we always knew we would like to live in the Long Bay.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We feel in love with Turtle View as soon as we saw it, both it's location and homely and quirky vibe. It is so peaceful and yet still close by to Grace Bay and all its amenities. You really feel like you are in your own little oasis and the sunsets are breath taking. Sitting out on the screened in terrace with a book, a glass of something cold and watching the sunset makes for an idyllic evening.
