The cosy sitting room is perfect for a relaxing night in with a glass of your favourite tipple and movie in front of the roaring fire. The master bedroom has a 4'6 double bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is a further bedroom with 5' king-size bed which can be configured as twin 2'6 single beds on request, as well as a family bathroom with separate WC for convenience.
Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and has an outdoor seating area for enjoying some al fresco dining in the summer sun.
The village of Westleton boasts two successful pubs and is within a short driving distance of the popular Suffolk Coast.
