YOUR SPACE

Welcome to a modern 3 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment close to Upper Street in Islington. As soon as you step inside, you are sure to appreciate the care and attention to detail that's gone into the recent refurbishment of the entire property. With modern flooring, furnishings and finishes throughout, this second floor apartment offers up to 6 guests a great place to stay, whether you're visiting London for leisure purposes or on business. THE LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA

Here's a bright and welcoming space with a comfy sofa and a pair of armchairs offering up views of the TV. Also in here is the dining table, a great place for everyone to sit and enjoy snacks, meals and special occasions. It's also ideal for getting laptops out and getting down to work.

THE KITCHEN

Just across the hall is the modern kitchen. Its bright white cabinets and quality countertops make it an attractive place in which to prepare food for everyone to enjoy. A full array of modern appliances are here to help you store and cook meals on those occasions you choose not to eat out at the many restaurants and other eateries in the local area.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

One of the bedrooms feature a double bed, the other two has 2 single beds each. Wherever you sleep, you can expect a good night's rest thanks to a quality mattress and comfortable bedding including puffed-up pillows! We'll leave you to decide who gets what room when you get here, but across all bedrooms there are plenty of places to store your bags and belongings, so there's no need to live out of your suitcase when you stay here.

THE BATHROOM

Whether you prefer invigorating showers or relaxing soaks in a tub of bubbles, you can do both in the apartment's bathroom. A brand new suite awaits which features a wash basin and WC. Towels and body soap are provided by your hosts.

LAUNDRY

However long you're staying, there's no need to save all the washing for when you get home. The apartment has a washer that you're welcome to use.

REMOTE WORKING

If you're coming to London on business, as you'd expect from an apartment in the middle of a capital city, there's a fast and free wifi service, making it easy to stay in touch with colleagues, clients and customers.

PARKING

Parking spaces in this area of London really are hard to find, but here you have free street parking between 6.30PM and 8.00AM weekdays, after 1.30 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays. That's a big benefit if you need somewhere to leave your vehicle overnight, or if you are visiting at the weekend.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Look out of the windows at the back of the apartment and you'll see a large communal grassy area that you're welcome to use during your stay.
