Do not stay here
First off, the entire building is under construction so there's scaffolding blocking the windows, bare wires handing from stairway walls, no working lights in the dark stairway and outside the apartment door is lined with door and window frames blocking half the hallway. The apartment is "updated" but it is like it only got half completed. There's missing trim pieces, the interior doors barely close if they do at all, the outter shutters only half actually work and while there are TVs that turn on, they aren't connected to anything so there is nothing to watch. The neighborhood is nice during the day but as soon as it gets dark there are lines of 20 somethings outside lined up at what I think was bars or clubs right across the street and next door. The yelling is so loud you cannot leave the windows open which was necessary since it was 80 degrees and the ac cannot be turned on until June. The wall that the bathroom and one bedroom share had loud music for hours each night, so loud the furniture was shaking. There is also no real living room area, there is a futon to sit on with no coffee table or anything so it was useless to try to enjoy. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else. We left after 2 nights (was supposed to stay 5) and went to a hotel so we could actually get some sleep.
