The property accommodates 6 guests in 3 air conditioned bedrooms and interiors that have been carefully decorated and furnished, making wide use of natural wood and traditional ornaments, whilst maintaining a modern and airy feeling. Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and comprises a spacious lounge, dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table/chairs, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, to a spacious double bedroom suite with its own bathroom and direct access to a private terrace offering lovely views. Outside, the villa is surrounded by impressive, extensive gardens with a lawn, shrubs, trees and flowers, a large private pool and a stunning terrace. A truly idyllic setting to relax, sunbathe or just chill out and enjoy a holiday in the Mallorcan sunshine!

Additional cleaning: 18 €/hour
Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
