We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this villa. Our host was helpful giving good advice and tips. Check-in was simple. The property was spacious and well equipped with air con in all rooms. Plenty of time spent in the pool and on the loungers. Lots of options for eating out within walking distance plus a number of beaches also within walking distance. Driving also an option with parking available on the road down to the beaches. Only a short drive into Albufeira or roughly a 10 Uber. Lots of day trip activities to do with the kids if you’re looking to get out and about. Overall a fantastic week spent in the Algarve, kids were very sad to be going home.

Outstanding property and service!

The property was everything promised! As an unexpected bonus, when we arrived the property was stocked with essentials (sugar, coffee, bread, condiments, soft drinks) and even a bottle of red wine and a large bottle of Sagres. The next morning a representative met with us (Gabriella/Gabby) who was PHENOMENAL. Cheerful, helpful and very accomodating, Gabby was in contact with us throughout the week and even arranged a wonderful tour for us. We couldn't have asked for more from this experience.

Algarve vacation

We had some difficulty finding the property as the name on the property is not Villa Romana. Overall we liked the villa size, location and cleanliness. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable. We paid to have the pool heated but about half way through our stay the temperature of the water became colder even though the manager said the heat was on. We were only supplied one bath towel each, no extra towels for the pool. Be prepared to supply your own garbage bags and dishcloths.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your suggestion regarding storage space in the bathroom and hallway; the villa is presented as shown in the listing photos, but observations like yours are valuable as we continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience. Regarding the towels, each guest is provided with a full set upon arrival. As communicated, a mid-stay change is scheduled, which in your case was planned for the 5th day of your 10-night stay. However, following your request, we arranged for the towels to be replaced earlier, on the 3rd day after your arrival. We would also like to highlight that this villa is positioned as an accessible and affordable option within the region, offering good value for the facilities provided. That said, we respect your opinion and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
