Vi er glade for at tilbyde denne fritliggende villa, som er beliggende i Brejos. Kun 5 minutters kørsel til Albuferias strande Hvis du leder efter en varm vinterferie, en golfferie eller en familie sommerferie, har du fundet dem helt her. Vi har en privat swimmingpool med stranden ligger en 30 gåtur, og restauranter 5 minutters gang. 8, (4 en-suite værelser) Stor villa med privat pool og grill sover. Fuld satellit 65 "` TV WIFI Internet, og air-condition i alle værelser. Møbleret til en høj standard, er denne villa beliggende i et fredeligt boligområde og kun 30 minutters gang til den nærmeste strand. Terrasse med indbygget grill og privat parkering.

The whole experience top draw,the villa is one of the best we have stayed in over the last 10 years of visiting the algarve.Kevin the host is also very good with his communications..Fully recommend a visit.Finally the service from Fernando and the team with cleaning,changing towels,pool cleaning was brilliant.

We had a brilliant holiday. The Villa was wonderful, especially the pool which kept our 11 year old Grandson happy all day. Well maintained and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Thank you to Fernando for a warm welcome and showing us around.

Found villa to be fully equipped staff came in twice a week to change towels and clean pool

Found it to be perfect for our holiday private and lovely with nice restaurants within walking distance

Great Villa

The property is excellent and the pool and facilities are exactly as listed. The whole family had a great two week holiday by the pool. Would recommend it.

Adkels Villa

Outstanding villa, spotless and very spacious indoor and outdoor. Fantastic pool and BBQ area. Fernando and team were brilliant. Location great for us , used Uber to get around which was great. Would definitely recommend

Excellent villa, very well presented and maintained with great outside area, which made for an excellent family holiday. Communication with owner Kevin was excellent and we was greeted upon arrival by the friendly cleaning staff and Fernando who was especially helpful. I would highly recommended this property. Bob

Super stay

This is a very well equipped& large villa in very good condition & also away from noise & nightlife so you can nip in and out of it if you want to in cheap Uber. Some nice local Portuguese restaurants within walking distance . We had a couple of issues (broken umbrellas)which the very helpful & friendly local maintenance man Fernando replaced on same day. In all a very nice villa in a good location.

Excellent spacious Villa with great facilities

We found this Villa after an online search and it certainly lived up to expectations for our family of 7. The pool was large and 1.9m deep at one end ... Fast broadband for the younger family members and the air-conditioned rooms were very comfortable in the hot weather. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk and we used Uber for very quick and efficient taxi service to the main strip and coast. There are several supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl etc. within a 5 - 10 minute drive. All in all, a great place to just chill and relax by the pool or as a base to explore the area ...

Large, spacious and beautifully decorated villa. Outside space fantastic especially the bbq area.

The villa accommodated two families comfortably. The garden area is very well laid out with lots of garden furniture and nice bbq area. The location is very peaceful. The villa provided towels and beach towels. The interior of the villa was modern, airy and well furnished. A pleasant 20 minute stroll to the main bars and restaurants. About 5 minutes walk from the villa there are a few traditional places to eat which come very highly recommended. Taxis are €7 to €8 to the Old Town and the Marina which were both lovely places to eat and drink. We used the tourist train in Albuferia which took us to and from the Old Town and beach area on a €5 day ticket. Fernando and his family were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A bit windy on an evening, we needed our wraps and hoodies. We would highly recommend this villa for a holiday destination, definitely worth a 5 star rating.

Just returned from a two week stay at Villa Adkels. We were a family of five, with ages of 82, 52, 18 and 14.The villa was probably the nicest we have stayed in. The villa was clean, spacious, with a lovely outside pool, gardens and two BBQ areas. Inside the villa had a lovely kitchen, large living area and the bedrooms were all a good size with en-suite facilities and air conditioning in all rooms..The pool was lovely and my 82 year old mother was especially impressed with the quality of the pool furniture - "Not cheap"!The only thing I would say is that the timings for walking are not quite correct on the listing. The supermarket was a 20 minute walk (coming uphill on the way back) and it would definitely take a good 40 minutes to walk to the Strip and possibly longer to Old Town. However, Ubers were so easy and quick to use and cost a lot less than you would have thought. The pool was cleaned mid week and towels were changed, and on the 7th day the villa had a full clean, sheet change and pool cleaned again.The gardens were beautiful and as you expect when you go to a villa, you will be cleaning the pool out most mornings but that is part of my holiday and I find it very satisfying!Fernanado, the local host, was very friendly and always answered the phone when needed. Our flight was 4pm and check out is 10 am so he let us leave our cases so we could go off for breakfast.Overall we definitely recommend the villa and would go back again.

The Villa was nice, however the description as to the location of where places are is completely inaccurate. The nearest shop is a 20 minute walk away,the new town is easily a 45 minute walk away and the old town would take well over an hour to walk to.When we arrived the taxi from the airport didn’t recognise the address and left us on the street in the area of the villa. We booked the villa based on the location which turned out to be completely inaccurate. Onto the villa itself first impressions it’s lovely the outside space is fantastic,the pool area is lovely ,downside is you will be cleaning it everyday due to the flowers and leaves that blow in from the foliage in he garden,my husband didn’t mind doing it. There is a lady who comes once a week to clean the pool and change the bathroom towels. We were a party of 7 and my daughters had the top bedroom,the aircon didn’t work,it was 34 degrees so this was a must. When we arrived there was a fan sitting in the hall which made me think it was broken before we arrived , Fernando the property manager did get us a mobile unit but you had to keep the door open to put the hose out so my daughters got bitten by mosquitoes,this wasn’t fixed for the duration of the holiday which I thought was pretty poor considering we paid neatly 6k for a 2weeks stay and had a choice of other villas at the time. The longer we were there the more tired I noticed the place was, damp in the bedroom,the livingroom.

We are very sorry that you didn’t find the villa suitable, It is most unusual that a local taxi company could not find the villa & left you in the street. We do have a gardener that both cuts the grass prunes the flowers & keeps the bushes tidy. The pool is cleaned & chemically checked 2-3 times a week. The villa is in a semi-rural area & not in the centre of Albufeira but within a 5-6 minute drive of the town. The air conditioning unit in one bedroom had just broken & an engineer was called immediately, A new unit was ordered along with a mobile air conditioning unit. We did not want to disturb your holiday by having an engineer working while you were on your holiday A new unit was fitted during the Saturday changeover. We pride ourselves with keeping ahead of all maintenance & don’t usually suffer with damp due to the high temperature in Portugal. We are very sorry that the villa was not suitable for your family.

Gorgeous villa in a great location!

If you’ve booked to stay here, you’re in for a real treat! This villa is so well thought out, clean, spacious and secure - it’s perfect! The owner, Kevin, is very responsive and helpful, providing great information before your stay. Fernando is also available for any assistance or local knowledge whilst you’re there. We raised the issue of there being no plug in the kitchen sink, or enough wine glasses (only 3 - all different sizes) and it was rectified fairly quickly. A small issue, but we really appreciated it being acknowledged and sorted. The villa is in a great location. We walked to the O’ Poente restaurant (5mins) and requested a large taxi to the old town from there, enjoying a drink (€0.75 for a small glass of wine!) whilst we waited. The taxi was €8, but I’m sure it was charged at a higher rate as we needed a minibus for 6 of us and would be more like 5€ for a normal car. We enjoyed a lovely meal in O Poente, which was also very reasonable. The villa is also close to many beautiful beaches (small car/taxi ride away). The only disappointment we experienced at the villa was the pool/outdoor BBQ area lights are on a timer which come on at 8.50pm (needs to be slightly earlier if you’re eating outside) and off at 12.20am (we wanted to sit outside for longer and ended up buying candles). The new BBQ area is such a lovely addition to the villa, it’s such a shame it can’t be enjoyed for longer. The pool is a fantastic size and didn’t disappoint. There are also eight sturdy sunbeds to use and poolside towels were provided. :) The TV is enormous and having Netflix was a great bonus for keeping the young children indoors and entertained during the high heat of the day. The WiFi was also fab and allowed iPads and mobile devices to be used with no issues. The bedrooms are great (my sister loved ‘the tower’ room) and balconies provide a stunning view across the area. The towels are changed half-way through the week too, which is great and we were informed which day this would be. We were unaware that the people who look after the villa would also appear on our final day to tidy/clean the pool and garden (bit of a shock when you’re lying half-asleep on a lilo!) but they only stayed approx 40mins, so we grabbed some lunch inside. Overall, we loved our family holiday here and would highly recommend this villa for families or groups of friends as you will not be disappointed!! Hoping to return as it was simply AMAZING!!

Really lovely Villa

Stayed here for two weeks. Was such a lovely, clean villa. Four spacious en-suite bedrooms and a brilliant outdoor space! Fernando the property manager was so helpful. Would thoroughly recommend & would definitely stay again.

Great holiday

Very nice and clean house with plenty of room. All 4 bedrooms are good sized doubles with good en-suites. Outside area is great too and again plenty of space. My only negative comments are that the WiFi signal was extremely poor and also the insufficient supply of hot water, particularly in the mornings. And there were only 5 of us. You do definitely need a car if you’re staying here as it’s a bit of a trek into town, although there are a few restaurants not far away.

Um excelente espaço para passar férias com familiares e amigos. Pros: - Casa grande - Excelente piscina - Espaço exterior muito agradável - Contacto (Fernando) muito prestável e sempre disponível para ajudar - WC para todos os quartos + WC de servico Contras: - Internet mesmo muito lenta. - Só tem canais ingleses e mesmo esses são poucos - Alguns inconvenientes por aparente falta revisão prévia detalhada (alguns comandos de ar condicionado nao funcionavam, um autoclismo não enchia depósito e uma ou outra lâmpada sem luz. - As luzes exteriores desligam as 00:15.

Great villa in a great location very close to shops and beaches with lovely restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Fernando was great and was in contact through out our weeks stay. The pool was a great size and the bbq area was just perfect!! The villa is very spacious and very well catered for young children. The wifi was the only thing that didnt work for us but certainly did not affect our stay. Highly recommend and will be returning

Amazing place

Every thing l thought it would be especially with my granddaughter which is only 15months we were able to watch her and she loved the pool and our first time in a villa and we all did.nt want to go home

Fantastic villa

We’ve just spent a week at Villa Adkels and thoroughly enjoyed it. Having never been to Albufeira we had no idea about the location so had to trust the description provided. I have to say it was incredibly accurate. The villa was very well equipped, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor pool and dining areas were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed leisurely lunches under the canopy at the side of pool. The local restaurant O Poente served very good food at a very reasonable price. It was only a short walk away and had a great atmosphere. A great time was had by all of us

Fantastic Villa, pool and undercover garden area.

Last week of August 2018. A family of 5 and a friend who joined us for 3 nights. The wonderful villa is down a quiet road however close enough to walk to several local and good value restaurants and close enough to town by a €10 taxi ride (for 6 passengers). The villa is lovely and spacious and functions really well. The pool with its surrounding patio is generous too. Lots of pool volleyball played during the week. We loved the undercover sitting area and used the BBQ twice. Everything worked for us. We had a car for trips out and to the supermarket. Must say we can thoroughly recommend Casa Adkels and didn’t want to leave quite so soon.
