Located close to the centre of Rhosneigr village and just a three-minute walk to the beach and Boat Pool, Kiloran is a modern and quirky holiday home ideal for young families looking to enjoy a fun beach escape on Anglesey.

The three-bedroom pet-friendly detached property sleeps six guests and has been newly renovated and features wood floors and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, surround lighting, USB plug sockets in all rooms and lots of quirky touches and decoration.

Enter through the main door into the bright and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and conservatory. This is a wonderful space for families with young children as you can be relaxing or preparing a meal and still keep an eye on what the little ones are up to!

The living room area features a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, a side unit with a vintage radio player and a lovely wood burner; perfect for cosy autumn-winter stays.

The single-line kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, picnics and BBQs for the whole family, with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge (separate freezer), a microwave, sink and plenty of cupboards and work surfaces.

The conservatory is a fantastic addition to the downstairs. The space beautifully captures the warmth and brightness of both summer and winter sunshine; where you can cosy up with a good book in the armchair with pouffe.

The conservatory also features a gorgeous eco-friendly wooden dining table to seat six guests with recycled chairs and bench seating.

Head outdoors to the small but perfectly formed patio where you can relax in one of the tub chairs and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. There is also a BBQ installed on the patio for sizzling summer feasts!



Sleeping arrangements

Kiloran features three bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests.

A downstairs bunk room is ideal for children who want some private space away from mum and dad upstairs. It has a full-size bunk, hanging space and a separate toilet with a cool toilet and sink combo.

Head up the carpeted stairs and you'll find two further bedrooms:

The master bedroom is furnished with a double pallet-style low bed and a further twin bedroom is furnished with two single bamboo pallet-style beds and also features clothes storage and hanging space, and angled windows with velux blinds.

The shared shower room features a large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.



The Nitty Gritty
Kiloran is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet. There is a small private parking space for one car and further parking can be found around Rhosneigr village. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair only - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few essentials to get your holiday started the right way:

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday.

And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
