The Space:
This cozy studio provides a great open space feeling and a tranquil stay in Bouneweg-Süd. It’s a fantastic choice if visiting Luxembourg for business or leisure. You’ll find yourself within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, shops and just a 10-12min drive to the main train station.

The main spaces of this 35 sqm 376.7 sq ft. studio:
- A cozy and bright spacious living area, with a comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV for downtime moments. The apartment has everything you’d need in one great space for up to 2 people.
- There’s a laptop-friendly desk/workspace set up in the living room for the remote worker or business traveler.
- There’s a well-equipped kitchen with appliances like a refrigerator, an electric oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils🍴for preparing simple meals at home. It’s great if you’re watching your budget or when you don’t feel like going out to eat.
- You’ll find a dining area with a table in the studio that can seat up to 4 for a relaxed meal at home.
- The bedroom features a plush double bed.
- A modern bathroom with a well-lit vanity & a stand-in shower.
- Private washing machine in the shared laundry facilities onsite for convenience.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
Studio is 8 - 10 mins drive from main the train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
Studio can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.

There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
