Malasaña is a dynamic area with a youthful air, with cafes, bakeries and vintage clothing stores. The historic Dos de Mayo square, packed with lively bars and market stalls on weekends, is a popular meeting point. In the evening, live bands and DJs perform in trendy dance and rock music venues. The Conde Duque Cultural Center exhibits works of art and shows open-air films in its 18th-century halls and patios.

The Apartment:
It is an apartment with access at street level, it is newly renovated and delicately decorated. The apartment has a very cozy living-bedroom area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for a child or an adult, a double bed, perfect for accommodating two people, a SmartTV, where you can put your Netflix accounts, HBO, Disney and etc, and a small desk-table. As soon as you leave the living room-bedroom, you arrive at the mini-kitchen, recently renovated and equipped (there is no oven). Through the corridor of the kitchen you can access the bathroom with the shower.
The house has heating and air conditioning through a cold/heat pump machine in the living room - bedroom.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate General (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
