The apartment had everything you could want during a stay. The location was walkable to most historical locations, resturants as well a shopping. The area was very busy but the apartment was very quiet. The check in process was easy.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Host was great. Close to restaurants, shopping & sights. It was very clean and well appointed. The AC worked OK. The only annoying thing was automatic sensor hallway lights you could not turn off which made for an unpleasant stay.

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment's location, cleanliness, and amenities, and that you appreciated our hospitality. We also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the hallway sensor lights. We understand how this may have affected your comfort during your stay. Unfortunately, the sensors could not simply be removed or switched off. Replacing them with standard light switches would have required a complete modification of the electrical system, work that also needed the owner's approval and could not realistically be carried out during your stay. In addition, such work would have caused significant disruption for our guests. We truly value your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Florence in the future. Warm regards Apartments Florence team

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the washing machine as it was broken, but the staff sent us clean towels. We had a wonderful trip!!

Wonderful property!

The apartment is in the middle of everything and just steps to the Ponte Vecchio. The only downside was the noise late into the night from all of tourists but the property and location made that a minor inconvenience.

Family vacation

We had about seven people in our group for teenagers three adults. This property is beautiful perfect ideal location very clean. Check-in was extremely simple. It was located next to everything you want. We definitely will return here and when we return to Florence. The beds were super comfortable. There was a washer and dryer on the property as well as blow dryers. There is also an elevator You have to go up about 10 steps before the elevator property is ideal and I give it a five star rating

Great location for extended stay!

This modern apartment was just what we needed after several days of traveling through London and Paris. The place was clean and the showers and washer and dryer were very helpful. We were a large group of 9 and various ages and this worked perfect for us. The location is also excellent! We could step out of our door and find everything we needed in any direction. The host was very friendly and accommodated our early check in. He also explained everything very well and responded quickly to any inquiries while we were there. My only suggestion: provide the Nespresso pods for the machine and a larger trash can in the kitchen 😊

Comment

The apartment is very nice and well located. However, it was not as well-maintained as we expected. The waste paper basket in the kitchen was broken, as was the rubber molding on the shower door in the main bathroom, making it impossible for us to use it without flooding the apartment. And when we checked in, we were told we needed to carry the trash out and put it somewhere in the street when we left not what we expected at these prices

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the apartment didn’t meet your expectations. We’re pleased to announce we've made adjustments accordingly. Regarding the trash, apartments in Florence’s historic center don’t have building bins, so all residents use the city’s shared street containers. We understand it can be unexpected, and we’ve made note to have our team explain this upon check in. We appreciate your honesty and hope to welcome you back soon!
