Fantastic location that offered a quiet and spacious haven in the Marais. We loved our stay, wandering the streets, enjoying the food and wine and vibe. The proximity to the canals, the galleries, great shops and restaurants was perfect.

Amazing space for a family. I only wish I would have known that it had space A/Cs instead of central, but it was wonderful. Luckily we weren’t there during the heat wave, or it would have really struggled to keep it cool. I would recommend it and stay there again!

My family and I loved staying at this apartment! The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and comfortably enjoy our time in Paris together. The location was fantastic, and the host was incredibly responsive—whenever we had a question, we received an answer right away. Operating the air conditioning took a little getting used to, but that’s just part of the European charm. I’d highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the city!

This property easily accommodated our party of 10. Two twin beds, 3 full/queen and the sleeper sofa comfortably handled the group’s needs. The property has two mobile air conditioners to assist with temperatures in the warmer months. Our stay was during the record breaking heat wave, wherein we likely pushed those to the limit. The location is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Montorguiel neighborhood, and an equally short distance to the nearest Metro station. Definitely a winner as it relates to proximity.

Great VRBO! The property was as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only problem we encountered was a stuck bedroom window which was needed to vent the portable ac. My message was quickly answered and the window was promptly fixed. The location was great with a quick walk to a grocery store as well as restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. A few things we would recommend to improve the property: need outdoor lighting around the corner to the apartment door- very dark and hard to see; need a handrail for the deep tub in the master bathroom; the other bathroom shower needs a shower curtain or something to prevent water from getting all over the floor; the outside house number 83 on the right side of the building needs fixing- we missed it and had to circle back around. Thank you!

The apartment is a gem. Location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants & several landmarks. Yet once you step into the courtyard you are transported to a quiet oasis. Communication with the owner was wonderful.

We really loved this spacious apartment in a great location. We could walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner or to the metro. It’s a bustling neighborhood but because the unit is at the back with a courtyard between it and the street, it was very quiet.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment in Marais. The location was fabulous with lots of shops, restaurants, grocery and wine stores nearby. We were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see, and felt very safe in the building and the neighborhood. We traveled with a toddler, and the common space has plenty of room for him to run around. The apartment was clean, quiet and very spacious. Was so nice to travel and have two bedroom and two bathrooms and plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay there again. Not carpeted, which makes the space cleaner, but would bring a pair of slippers if I went back :)

Overall an excellent stay at this property. Location is great, in a quiet courtyard but near to restaurants and metro stations. Has some issues at first but they were quickly addressed. Most could have been avoided if there was an information booklet ( washer/dryer instructions, ac unit venting, etc).

Fabulous location in the heart of Le Marais

A spacious, clean & well-appointed apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with walking access to sites and the metro. It fit our family of 5 really well. Communication from the host and access to the building were easy to follow. Grocery store, cafes and bakeries within arms reach. I wish we could have stayed in Paris longer!

The apartment is located in an exceptional area of Paris and that is most important. The space is very large and, as it is a basement/apt (concrete painted floors) it can get a bit cold on the feet in the fall/winter months. Furniture, appliances, beds were all first rate. Communication was excellent and any questions were answered with haste. Interior courtyard and thus no noise from the street. We recommend this place and will go back if we return to Paris.

Excellent!!

We are a family of 8 with people of mixed ages from 6 to 69. This apartment's very spacious, well appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was a treat!! Even considering the wonderful apartment, the star of this booking is definitely the location. You are in the heart of the 3rd with an unending amount of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and cafes within mere seconds of leaving the courtyard. We would definitely rebook this apartment when we return to Paris!!
