We have just returned from a gorgeous stay in this 2 bed apartment. The location of this apartment sets it apart from others. Perfectly located close to Villefranche and Beaulieu so walking distance to many restaurants, beaches, train stations and supermarket. We took the train and bus (600 and 15) to Antibes, Menton, Cap Ferrat and Monaco during our stay. Apartment is very well equipped and we loved our pool days, the most comfortable sun beds and an Aperol to end the day from the poolside bar..a magical holiday in the French Riviera, we will be back!

Ioan's apartment is a perfect self-catering holiday let. We stayed as a family of 4 adults and it was very comfortable and incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were fresh and comfy and it felt like staying in a home rather than a sparsely furnished holiday let. The air conditioning was brilliant and although there aren't units in the bedrooms, we kept the doors open overnight and it was very effective and quieter than having fans or air con in the bedrooms.The gardens are a massive bonus in the heat of summer so we had privacy and shade. The beaches of Villefranche, Beaulieu and St Jean Cap Ferrat are a short walk away and are some of the best on the Côte d'Azur. We really enjoyed being away from the traffic and it was so much more tranquil than other areas yet so close to the vibrancy and amenities of the towns an villages. The pool is a great addition and has its own cafe and spectacular 360views .Ioan was a charming and friendly host and he was really helpful and communicative from the outset. We wrestled with the decision to leave such a positive review in case too many people discovered this gem of an apartment.We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Ioan’s apartment. It was very well stocked, with everything we needed, even sharp knives! We love the location and intend to return.

Perfect appartment,

Very good location and perfect as a hub for us as a family with daily trips to different locations in the area. Close to the beach and a good pool area with drinks, snacks ice cream etc. The appartment is well equipt with everything that you need!

Great location, appartment very well equipped

Location great: near the car park for unloading, near the bus stop for local buses including to Nice, a pretty walk to Villefranche Train Station one way or the other way to Beaulieu Station. Good for getting to the Ephrussi House and the coastal walk round St Jean Cap Ferrat. The appartment is very well designed: compact yet has everything you need for a family holiday.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week in this lovely ground floor apartment, it had everything we needed and the space was used well. My 11 yr old twins said it felt homely and they didn't want to leave. The communal pool was a good size, warm and clean. The poolside bar man was helpful and friendly. Food was sold here which looked nice but we didn't eat there. The owners of the apartment were really responsive with my many questions and were very friendly. There were some useful information in the apartment. The locked car lar was for our hire car. Would definitely recommend. .

Good location, lovely pool,

The location of the apartment was ideal, with just a short walk to the beach and lovely village of villefranche. The pool within the complex was a big hit with our two children and did not get overcrowded even though we were there at end of July. If driving there the apartment is very easy to find and has secure parking. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was quite cosy, but clean and had a great shower, the only negative points we had was that the ventilation fan provided did not work and also the microwave did not work but this did not spoil our weeks stay and would definitely consider this again for future breaks. Ioan the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. ,

Great Apartment Close to Beach

I was very impressed at the communication from the host prior to checkin. They provided a detailed PDF and checked in to make sure that I had received it. Gaining access to the property was extremely smooth and they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and very large by European standards. I was very impressed by how extremely outfitted the kitchen was with serveware and appliances. It was amazing. The twin beds in our daughter’s room were some of the most comfortable I have ever laid on. And it was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room to relax as a family and wind down at the end of the day. Once you know the bus system, it is very easy to get around and into town. Or it is a very easy walk to town on the beach front promenade which is flat. The pool there was lovely especially with having a little poolside bar with snacks available. Only thing to note is that the pool is very deep. In the shallow end it is about 5ft which was challenging with a child but very nice for adults. Overall the property was very nice and well maintained and in a great location for beach and pool access. Highly recommend for people wanting to enjoy the beach over the town.

Stayed one week in June 2022

Pros: Nice pool, lovely beach nearby, and well equipped apartment. Very pleasant and informative host, easy to contact. Cons: Residence run down and far from shops. Need a car to get around. Eating outside was not that pleasant - many mosquitoes, furnitures soaked in water every night due to sprinklers, and no views as it was at garden level in contrast to apartments with balconies.

Anders, 1) When you booked the apartment, you were well aware that it was a garden level apartment. So, you had garden view. If you wanted a sea view, you should have booked a higher level apartment which comes with a balcony but with smaller outer space. It was your choice. 2) If you had warned us about the water sprinklers from the very first day, we could have easily fixed the problem (nobody complained about it before your stay). You told us about it just before you left. Your choice again. 3) With a bus station right in front of the residence and with buses arriving at a 10 minutes interval, it surprises me that you needed a car to get around. Other guests had a completely different opinion.

L'appartamento si trova in un bellissimo residence con Piscina aperta tutto il giorno e prevista di un bar e di ombrelloni e sdraio. l'appartamento pure se piccolo è stato molto accogliente noi siamo andati li per vacanza con 3 figli sotto i 2 anni più 3 adulti e ci siamo trovati bene. si trova in un luogo strategico per poter andare ovunque si trova a 25/30 minuti da Montecarlo in macchina, a 10 minuti a piedi da due diverse spiagge libere e altre private. il grande vantaggio è avere incluso il parcheggio all'aperto che per noi arrivando con un minivan è strato perfetto poiché eravamo sempre molto attenti all'altezza della macchina per parcheggiare ovunque. L'host è sempre pronto a consigliare e aiutare gli ospiti. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri ! Gisella

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben dort zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Sehr schön war auch der eigene kleine Garten und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man schnell nach Nizza oder Monaco.

Hübsches Appartment in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand. Sehr gepflegte und schöne Ferienanlge. Schöner Pool-Bereich. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer!

Leuke locatie vlakbij het strand

Heerlijk verblijf, appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het tuintje grens aan de buitentuin wat veel ruimte en groen geeft. Op loopafstand van diverse strandjes. Voor een boodschap is de auto nodig maar brood kan je bij t zwembad bestellen. Dichtbij leuke uitstapjes , Nice , Monaco etc. Wij hebben er een leuke tijd beleefd.

Excelente apartamento e localização na corte azur

Apartamento impecável inserido num condomínio fechado na baía de villefrance, com estacionamento privado e piscina espetacular. O Ioan e a Ana são excelentes e dão todo o apoio. Altamente recomendável.
