Large villa, good location, very private outside, good pool although cold. Had to pay extra property tax which is fine although a bottle of water in the fridge or something would have been a nice gesture considering other properties we have stayed in provided a few simple items to welcome you.

Thank you for choosing our villa, and we were very happy to welcome you. We hope to have you back someday. We also gladly received your suggestion, however, and in all honesty, we must correct your note when you say "pay extra property tax," when what it refers to is the Albufeira Tourist Tax, which is a benefit of the Municipal Council.

Relaxing family break

A lovely villa in a quiet part of town but close to all amenities with all you could need for a relaxing stay - especially the pool. Super helpful villa owners - a relaxing few days away in the sun.

Great villa in great location

Location was perfect for us and villa was great. cleanliness could have been slightly better and a cleaner was supposed to visit half way through the stay, but didn't. Other than that we had no other issues. owners were great!

Really good property in a fantastic location. Literally 4 mins from The Strip. Helena gave a contact for airport transfers and we walked and Uber'd the rest. Villa is very easy to stay in. We ate out quite a bit but we did cook a couple of times and no probs. The pool area is brilliant, bedrooms good size and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Holiday June 2023

Construction work close by unfortunately and also some noise from the strip, but not too bad considering the proximity. Parts of the apartment need some maintenance and TLC which would make the property more amazing. Walk to old town 25 minute. We had a good holiday and the pool area is beautiful

well equipped villa with great outdoor space

This is a clean, secure, bright and well equipped villa with good pool and outdoor space and outdoor furniture/ sunbeds. Great rattan sofas with cushions outside- lovely for sitting out as the sun goes down👍 Good double shower in main bathroom and electric shutters in bedrooms a real bonus - let's light in at touch of button. Good quiet air con throughout. Helena and Alfredo are a welcoming and friendly couple who ensure the property is well maintained and are happy to advise and guide on anything. Location is close to strip (5mins) and near a Pingo Doce supermarket. The walk to the Old Town is about 25 mins- to be fair, I'm not fit so would be less for others! We were worried that taxis back from Old Town in the evening mightn't find the villa as it is in a quiet residential location but had no difficulty with this at all - were left right at the door every nite. Fare ranged from 6/7 euro. We have stayed in several villas previously and many also had good facilities but were often dark inside because the shutters were more hassle than enough to work - Villa 81 is not like that at all. All in all, we had a lovely time at this Villa and I would recommend it for smaller groups. We hope to be back next year. Well done to the owners - they have put a lot of thought into this villa and it shows.

Maison idéalement située

Propriétaires facile à joindre et ponctuels. La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce et la terrasse est vraiment top avec la table à l’ombre. Maison proche de toutes les commodités et très bons restaurants aux alentours.

Great villa!

Very nice villa. Everything was neat and clean and it’s very close to the strip. Great pool and owners were very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed but it was a bit small. Airco in every room was very nice but not all mattresses were the same quality. Overall very nice experience and glad we chose this villa for our vacation.

Excelente alojamiento

Lovely stay in Albufeira

I stayed with 5 other friends in this amazing house. We loved the location and the house on it self. The house has a amazing pool and sitting area’s. Also a big plus was the outdoor shower which most of us used every morning instead of the indoor showers. Helena and Alfredo were amazing hosts and we had good contact with them!
