We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—central and walkable to everything. The 400-year-old apartment had so much charm and character, and we were just steps away from a lively market, countless restaurants, and great spots for antipasto and a refreshing spritz. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and beautiful property and was perfect for our family of five. The rooms were spacious, and there were more than enough beds for us. The location is ideal. It was easy to walk to the main sights just across the Arno, and the neighborhood has great restaurants and shopping.

Great 3 night stay

Visited in August 2024 for 3 nights and had a great stay. The location is awesome and close to lots of restaurants, mini marts and gelato stores.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the location. Host was very communicative and the apartment was supplied with wine from their vineyards to purchase! There are some great restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed it very much.

The place is special. It’s like a museum and centrally located. Near great restaurants and right near the old bridge and a bustling square. Great place.

Family Vacation in Florence

We enjoyed the apartment and its location. Staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Would stay here again. We had sleeping capacity for 8 people, including one twin bed located in an alcove at the top of the stairs.

We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful apartment in Florence. The location is absolutely perfect—everything is within easy walking distance, including Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Santo Spirito, and Piazza Pitti.The apartment itself is stunning. The original frescoes make it feel like you’re staying in a small palace—elegant, historic, and full of character. The space is large, comfortable, and very well appointed, and the terrace is a lovely bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and the self check-in process was easy and convenient.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful place to stay in Florence.

A great family vacation

Great appartment for a family. The authentic Italian decor gave it a special ambiance. We appreciated being 20 minutes walk to the train station and many touristic sites. Eleonora adresses our requests quickly. Great service!

Great Location

The apartment is gorgeous and in a fantastic location. It is in the San Spirito neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. It’s just steps away from the San Spirito square with a beautiful church that is open to the public every day and free to enter. All the major sights are within walking distance. The square hosts a very large flea market on Sundays, we all found some great things. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. It slept our group of 9 easily. It also has a great shower!

Quiet apartment within walking distance to the heart of Florence

Mrs. Eleonora met us at the property was super nice and showed us on the map where we were and how to get to the places that we asked her about, also make some recommendations of restaurants that we should checkout. The place was quite and close to some great places but far enough from the hassle and bustle so that we could relax when we wanted. Felt safe the entire time I was there and will be checking availability next time I need a place to stay in Florance.

We could not have asked for a better apartment to stay in. There were six of us, three couples, and we all were comfortable with plenty of room. There was a perfect pastry shop right next-door, so we had fresh croissants every morning for breakfast. You can walk all over Florence very easily. I highly recommend this apartment for any family who wants the perfect vacation in Florence.

Palaltial apartment in Oltrarno

Property 1129716, "Angeli", is a huge apartment. It has high ceilings, painted murals on the walls, big windows with garden views. Simple kitchen is fully adequate for making small meals. Little terrace has a table and chairs, though not very private. Two of us stayed there but there is planty of room for 6 or more people. Quiet charming neighborhood.

It is special flat, with the original frescos and a long history and we tried to do our best to mantaine the old fashion of this flat and at the same time to offer all conforts like a new kitchen, new bathrooms and so on... we worked hard to do that, for that we are really happy when our guests enjoy that. Family Fun in a great part of Florence

We are a family of 6 travelling through Florence, and this apartment was ideal for us. Plenty of beds to accommodate everyone and a great space for shared meals and regrouping after our busy days. We chose this apartment because of its ability for accomodate everyone and it’s easy access to everything, and we loved that it held a little bit of Florence history for us to experience. We loved waking to the bells of Santa Spirita each morning and the easy access to everything - great cafes, restaurants and fresh food just outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence, and are very happy to have stayed here. Thank you Elle.

Beautiful apartment in Florence!

A clean, quiet, gorgeous and spacious apartment near a beautiful square, with easy walk to multiple sites. Beautiful frescos decorating the walls- really cool place to stay! Communication with the property manager was fantastic- she met us at the apt to walk through the house and was responsive via messaging. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on! The a/c (only in the bedrooms) worked well and the rest of the apartment stayed reasonable even without a/c. Plenty of space to stretch out for everyone. Super nice to have a washing machine to keep up on laundry too. It is near a charming little square with excellent gelato, on a quiet street. Felt very safe walking around, and was only about 15- 20 min walk to reach most of the main attractions of Florence.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Le décor est impressionnant et conforme aux photos. Les climatiseurs fonctionnent très bien, les lits sont confortables, les salles de bains très fonctionnelles. Notre hôte nous a chaleureusement accueillis et donné de bons conseils pour le stationnement, la visite et les restos.
