Lovely property for short or long break

Not our first time staying at this property and it will not be our last. Ideal location , always clean and comfortable and the customer service from Filey Bay Direct is always first class. Would highly recommend.

Excellent modern house, positioned in the scenic Bay Village Filey. All the facilities worked well and the house was immaculate. We will return!

Family Tides

This was a lovely little property close to both Filey beach, and close to Bridlington and Scarborough. Small swimming pool close by but kids loved it. Nice friendly pub close by too serving ok food. Friendly staff Paula from Filey bay direct very approachable for any questions.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here in November and found Family tides to be a lovely house, backing onto a green space. All amenities are nearby and includes a pass to the pool/gym to use. Overall a great place to stay.

Great holiday home very clean and with everything you’d need , perfect place for trip away with my dog with beach 10 mins away

lovely property

this property was ideal for a short break at The Bay, clean and comfortable with everything you could wish for to easily cater for 4 adults. The availability of a fence which can be placed at the rear patio allows you to sit out with the dog without having to have the dog on a lead that alone would be enough for us to book this property again. An added bonus and very good idea.

Delightful stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself is beautifully presented, very clean and feels like a home from home. I’ve stayed at the Bay once before so if I come back, I’ll definitely choose Family Tides.

Spacious, comfy and good quality

Another cracking Filey Bay holiday cottage. This was great again and one of the best we’ve stayed in. Great to return and look forward to coming again and will choose this cottage.

A lovely house on a holiday park

The house is lovely and ideal for our needs, it’s a quant park with a nice centre. Very quite nice access to the beach. Being picky the only issue was the sofa isn’t very comfortable. Communication was excellent all the way through from the host and all amenities were taken care off

newly refurbished property

We were very pleasantly surprised to realise the works that had been done leaving a wonderful cottage for our holidays. We have rung Reception re a couple of items to consider & possibly consider the comfort of the front bedroom. Very good value and an enjoyable stay

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stayed for just 2 short nights. But absolutely loved the accommodation super clean and tidy home from home comfort. Tv in both bedrooms which is perfect when you have children. Everything you need in the accommodation for long/short stays. Will definitely be returning thank you

The accommodation was clean and tidy location was excellent. Although there was tea and coffee there, were no condiments which was a shame. I felt that the outside furniture in the lounge prevented you from accessing the coat hooks. However it was still a lovely stay

Easter Break

Family Tides is a very well presented house on a lovely development. The house was very clean and the decoration was in excellent order. Communications from Paula were excellent throughout the whole process from booking to arrival. The Bay is a lovely development with well tended lawns and borders. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and it forms part of Filey bay providing beautiful views. We will return to The Bay again.

Lovely family stay

Nice, well equips house, with all you need. The house was warm and beds very comfy, ample room in second bedroom even with the 3 beds so great for kids. Sofa bed easy to use but not made up in advance. I formation file needs a refresh but everything easy to find in site,. Pool was clean but an issue with changing rooms meant ladies had to enter through male changing! Lovely walk to beautiful Filey beach. All in all highly reccomended

Family Tides

The second property we have stayed in on the Bay and another excellent property in a wonderful resort. In wonderful condition this is a lovely modern place with everything you would want to make your stay a great one. Slight issue in that it had not been cleaned when we arrived but after a phone call the cleaners arrived in 10 minutes and put everything right. They were apologetic and very friendly. This response was 10/10. Love the Bay resort.

Family Tides

Lovely weekend spent in Family Tides, great location. Just about everything was provided, bed was quite comfortable but so glad we took our own pillows! The fencing provided was a good idea to keep the dog safe, would have liked some insect screens as there was a lot of bugs & flying spiders after having the patio doors open. The check in time of 4pm is quite late as that’s a day wasted. Overall we enjoyed our stay, this was our second time staying at The Bay & will definitely be back although it is very expensive,Cooper the dog had a lovely time too!

Glad you enjoyed your stay at Family Tides and will definitely be back. In the winter months, we offer a few early check-ins each day where our cleaners can accommodate them, so that's worth looking at next time. Also it's only a little more for a 3 night break than a 2 night so that would give you longer too.
