Charming penthouse, located in a very central area of Aosta, overlooking the Roman Theatre with private parking. You can reach the city centre in less than 5 minutes on foot and it is a 5-minute drive to the start of the Pila gondola.

The flat, with its more than 140 square metres, has multiple beds so that it can accommodate both families and groups of friends.

There are in fact two very large double bedrooms, with queen-size beds, and one twin bedroom for a total of 6 beds.

Inside you will find two bathrooms, a newly renovated master bathroom and a smaller one to match the kitchen. A welcome kit, hairdryer and hair straightener will be available as well as towels of various sizes for each guest.

There will also be blankets, duvets, pillows and sheets available to make your stay perfect.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking, a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and various utensils.

You will find the Bialetti coffee machine with various pods as well as tea and herbal teas.
The living room consists of two very comfortable sofas and an armchair, a 4k Oled 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube, etc...) and Wi-Fi connection.

From the living room there is direct access to the panoramic terrace!

At the entrance of the condominium there is private parking reserved for you (number 12).

Via the lift you will reach the 6th and top floor, you only have to climb the last few steps to get to the penthouse.
