Thank you for your visit and your feedback. We’re pleased you liked the property and appreciated our communication. We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay were disappointing. There were flood alerts and huge storms for several consecutive days around your stay. The heavy rain washed sand and dirt from the garden and surrounding walls into the pool, along with insects, leaving it unusually dirty. We arranged cleaning the following day, but we’re sorry it did not fully resolve the issue. We also regret that rainwater entered the house and wet your shoes. We sent a technician to attend to the exterior lights, and we’re very sorry they could not be repaired during your stay. Regarding the soap, we haven’t received similar feedback before, but we take your comments on board. The rate reflected a late September stay for four guests in a large property with a private garden, pool and parking. We believe it offered fair value, while recognising that these problems affected your enjoyment. Thank you for your constructive comments.
