Disappointing stay with several maintenance and service issues Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations. When we arrived, we noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling and found used towels left behind by the previous guest. We also had to go an entire day without water. While management initially explained that a pipe had burst and forced a building-wide shutoff, we later learned that the utility provider had simply shut off the wrong spigot by mistake. While we understand that issues happen, the combination of cleanliness concerns and poor communication made our stay quite frustrating. We hope management takes steps to improve housekeeping and communication for future guests.

Very strick check in time, not a minute earlier. Not very clear instruction on how to open the door upon first entry, but after that it was ok. Not sure why there is no toilet paper holder nor any bar or hooks for towels. But location is excellent! 2 bathroom is great! It was nice for a family of 4. Thank you!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Its central location made it really convenient for getting around and exploring the city, which we appreciated. The host was responsive and this apartment is a solid option if you're looking for a well-located place to stay.

The apartment was as depicted on photos. The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping because the bedrooms are not in the front where the street noise is mainly. The building is not soundproof and sadly neighboring door slamming is heard. But really the location is so great that the noise can be forgiven. The apartment was cool enough that we didn’t need to use the air conditioning at night. We had an issue with the WIFI which also affected the door lock, but some one was at the apartment to fix within the hour. There’s a washing machine, however, no detergent was available. The kitchen had the equipment needed, but again no supplies. The nearest supermarket was a ways away. I do highly recommend this apartment as you are in the middle of the sites that must be seen.

I would not recommend this host if you need to check-in even 10 minutes from the check-in time. The host only got in contact with me the day of the arrival, even I have set messages to him before. Only sent the instructions to check-in 25 minutes of the checkin time, with a note saying to arrive only after 3pm. Worst experience ever.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious and very clean. A few things to note. 1. The key fob was not in the room so we had to wait for it to be bought to us. 2. The 2nd room had no towels. 3. The wifi went out on day 2 so we did not have wifi for 3 of 5 days stay. 4. The electricity went out on day 2. This was resolved later that evening. Overall I did like the space and the location near Rossio Square. Everything was a few blocks walking distance.

Great central location

The property is located at a prime location and a short walk to many places worth visiting. The property itself is clean and spacious. The rental company supplies linens, towels, and dish washing detergent, but plan on bringing your own paper towels. I appreciated the responsiveness of the Rental company whenevrr I needed them.

The apartment is very nice - close to everything - shopping, the waterfront, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. An issue arose though when we came home from being away for the day and came home to find that the water to the apartment had been shut off. I realize that issues happen but, it proved to be very frustrating to try to get the issue fixed! I ended up meeting a technician in the maintenance room at 1:00AM to solve the problem. Although there were three methods of communication to try to solve the problem - VRBO, WhatsApp & FLHCustomer Service - I feel that the issue should have had more urgency. It was not just a sink that was not working, it was the whole apartment that did not in fact have any water. Frustrating for sure!

Doesn’t feel like home at all !!!

The property is missing all the small fine details. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom, the showers leak water outside so it always get wet. There were no extra towels provided so if you used the towels to wipe the floor then you were out of luck. There is a bowl full of keys for every single door. My wife got locked inside the bathroom and it needs a key to open. It took us 30 min to find the right key, none of this is mentioned in check in process. There is low lighting in the house. No extra trash bags and overall poor air conditioning. I would not recommend this place
