Welcome to our cosy and renovated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Lisbon, in a charming area of the city. With an area of 97 m², the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay for families.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, accommodating up to 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.



The independent kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare family meals. There is also a comfortable dining area.



The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and high speed Wi-Fi internet access, providing a pleasant environment throughout the year. There is also an iron available for guests.

Parking only at a payed public park, 3 minutes away walking. Parking on the street not available.

We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.



The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, beaches, parks and other tourist attractions. It is only 400 metres from Rossio Station and 1.5 km from Cais do Sodré Station, allowing you to easily explore the city.

The apartment location was close to everything by foot. Restaurants, tourist attractions, wine & beer shops. Large Grocery store nearby. Two full baths, and bedrooms separated from each other. Kitchen was well supplied

I had my elderly father with me and the location was great. Easy walkability (well, as much as Lisbon can be), and the lift was a life saver. Would recommend to others and return myself.

The apartment was in a perfect location, walking distance to most anything you needed. The apartment had the essentials needed for a perfect stay. Our host, Luis, contacted us the second day to be sure all was good and if we needed anything just ask. I would book this place again.

Great stay!

Location was great. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The elevator was an added bonus to the fourth floor apartment. Would recommend this stay to others.

Perfect Location

Location was great - near everything we wanted including easy access to Uber. No noise at night, air conditioning worked great, elevator for luggage was useful. Super easy to work with the hosts. Would stay here again.

This was a wonderfully lovely apartment with most amenities you’d expect. The host was very friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. The apartment is located in a really exciting and vibrant neighborhood with lots of choices for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

This apartment is in an amazing location - minutes walking to many sights and shopping opportunities - the layout of the apartment was very comfortable - there was great separation of the 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms were of a similar size - the kitchen was fully stocked and if a size that you could actually cook something!! Microwave and full regular oven and dishwasher and washer/dryer - very well appointed - but - all that pales in comparison to the amazing support of the staff - they were in contact from the moment I booked - offering to arrange transport from the airport and organize all our sightseeing trips - Luis was amazing - the transport was Luxury transportation - please get this apartment just to be chauffeured in their cars - really made arrival stress free - and the tours were simply wonderful AND I didn't have to do a thing! - and ended up with the best private tours and transportation available - this is a must stay - and we will be back!

Ambiance in a Great Location

I really loved the artwork and feel of the unit. Very comfortable and a great location close to all the core areas we wanted to visit. Martin and his team were excellent communicators and made our stay easy. They assist with a late check in due to our flight and showed up with candles and checked in on the residents during the nation wide power outage.

Amazing place , great hosts

Martin and Luis are amazing hosts , always available when is needed.Alfonso the driver is very educated and waited for us due a situation at the airport with luggage.The condo is very cozy and central located , you can walk everywhere.I totally recommend it.We will be back

Lovely Apt in Lisbon

The location of this apt was perfect for visiting Lisbon for the first time. Close to restaurants, metro, shopping and tourist points of attraction. The apt was well appointed with lots of light (shades in the bedrooms) to make our stay very comfortable. The welcome basket was a surprise plus!

Lisbon Girls Trip

Great apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Easy walk to everything. Louis was a great host. Hot water in the shower was a little temperamental-not sure if this is normal or maybe there was something going on in the building? Regardless, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

My best VRBO experience yet!

We enjoyed our stay so very much, and without Luis' help, we could have never put all that we did together. The apartment is very welcoming and well appointed. We were thrilled with our choice. Upon arrival we were welcomed woth a lovely bottle of wine, and local pastries ( which we fell in love with). As a host Luis goes above and beyond, I am so thankful to him and for his patience in helping me organize our trip. You can't go wrong with choosing this apartment.
