You will have the entire house to yourself. The kitchen and bathroom will be equipped with all essentials. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided.

- We would like to remind you that access to our house from the coast may be difficult with vehicles due to the historical cobblestone pavements. We recommend you to drive from the road off the coastal road.

We will be at your service from the moment your flight lands. You can reach us 24/7 and we happily answer any of the questions you may have. We aim to provide the best possible experience, through an individual approach, to all of our guests during their stay.

Beykoz is one of the most peaceful yet colorful districts of Istanbul located on the northwest coast of the Asian Side. Both the Bosphorus and the Black Sea coasts can be enjoyed here as well as pristine nature and also vivid city life. It hosts the relics of a glorious history and modern hip places at the same time.

As indicated in the photos, only specific rooms are equipped with AC. Not all rooms have air conditioning.
Since smoking is prohibited in our house, there is a fine of 500 euros for smoking inside. There is also a smoke detector in our house.
Every Monday, the gardener does garden maintenance. Pool maintenance is done once a week.
Please be informed that we will not be able to confirm or process your check-in safely without your ID registration. As a result, it's most likely that you might face severe constraints and disruptions during your stay if you fail to meet this requirement prior to your check-in.

Our cancellation policy
We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fighting against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
