A charming single-story home in an idyllic setting on the magical hills of Alto Monferrato. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area that opens onto a comfortable veranda where you can enjoy peace and absolute privacy. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The elegant exposed wooden beams and 5-meter-high ceilings lend the space both comfort and elegance.

A guesthouse within the historic estate

In the farmhouse near the villa, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 adjoining bathrooms (65 square meters). Completely independent,
located on the 1st floor; the staircase is shared with us, the owners (Bianca and Angelo). The rooms can accommodate up to 8 people.
For the little ones, in addition to cribs with side rails, we also have bed guards and high chairs.
At 16 Querce, you can spend your days in the garden, sunbathe, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a drink, dine outdoors, and relax in unspoiled nature. The large garden is surrounded by hedges and adorned with fruit trees and aromatic plants.
5 hectares of private land (50,000 square meters)
THE SWIMMING POOL (13 x 6 meters) IS FOR PRIVATE AND EXCLUSIVE USE. Its use is reserved for guests. The pool’s rules and regulations are available to guests.
In the private park, there is a loop trail that descends toward the pond where horsetail, cattail, and bamboo grow, and where wildlife comes to drink

Prices include all costs except for heating, which, if needed, will be billed separately at cost.
If there are children who can sleep in cots and/or a crib, we can accommodate them at no additional cost (in addition to the 20 guests included in the rate, up to a total of 23 guests).
We, the owners (Bianca and Angelo), live—though not always—in the farmhouse near the villa.
The pool is accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is open from June 1 to September 30, unless weather conditions allow for an earlier opening or later closing.
